We had legacy on our condo property for 2 months. We have very secure parking garage underground and you cannot even see in to see vehicles. All doors are security doors. Legacy painters had full access for two months. We've never had a break in. I work for a large high end tool manufacturer. A week ago my company vehicle was broken into and all tools in truck and in my storage space were stolen. My vehicle only was targeted. The thieves knew exactly where to go. There was no sign of forced entry. And police acknowledged it was obvious who stole them. These workers ate lunch and were in our garage daily and could see my vehicle and tools. They knew exactly where to go and gain access. They stole my tools. Don't use them. They're thieves

From 5 bids received, Legacy impressed us with their detailed observations and description of their full process. They were the only bidder who actually made measurements during their visit! We waited for the window of good weather, and the team completed the work in 4.5 days. The team was meticulous and careful. We did not need to say much as the quality of work and final touch ups before the walk around was so well done. They did a great job

We got five bids, including Legacy, for painting the exterior of our house this past August. Our 21yo house is cedar shingle siding with a lot of detail trim painting involved, so we needed someone with attention to detail for this project. I was intrigued that Legacy Painting, in reading their reviews, had five stars on almost every review, if not all of them. I now know why, as I was impressed with this company from the first meeting with their sales team...on time, very professional and knowledgeable/realistic about the time line and painting techniques/products needed to do this job. Their painting team carried on the same great work ethic, and their communication with me throughout the whole process was impressive, no matter the day or the time, they responded to our questions/requests. The Legacy Painting crew blew us away with their attention to detail, starting with prepping the house, taping, sanding, etc. The crew was extremely professional on all levels, and very thorough in cleaning up each day. We also needed an oil finish applied to our wood pergola, and they found a great product for removing mildewed areas on the wood, so they did a great prep job before applying the oil finish. And we had some exterior trim that had wood rot; Mark, who is in charge of the painting, was able to find a guy up north to cut the specialized trim to match the original, and then the painting crew was able to perfectly repair this trimmed out area on the front of our house. Yes...they deserve five stars on many levels, and I'd give them ten, if I could. We plan on using them for some inside painting projects, too. Btw, their bid was in the middle of the four others, and it was where I thought it would be, considering the amount of detailed work it entailed. This company is the real deal for all of your painting needs!!!

Everybody in the Company was very professional and attentive to our needs, from the very beginning to the completion of the project; starting with the assessment and advice in terms of timeline, being highly respectful of our property, in particular plants, working on weekends when needed. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome and we love our â pumpkinâ (speaking about the color) that brings us light and joy! We highly recommend this company to anyone that needs home improvement. Very high quality work so I didn't mind paying a few pennies more for their service. They take house painting to an art form by paying attention to all the little details from the prep work to the finish. They are very neat and organized with daily clean-up. I would hire them again in a heart beat. They did a fantastic job.

Price was a little on the high side But they could schedule me Immediately. Which was huge they were flexible with the scheduling. Unlike the others. I was very satisfied with the painting crew for once I got a crew that keep there word. Punctual, friendly, willing to make sure everything was going as planned. I would hire them again.

Legacy was organized and efficient. I am very happy with how quickly they scheduled me and the quality of the work. I especially appreciate the follow up call to check in on the satisfaction of the project. My job included : garage door paint and full shed with door exterior paint.

There was some miscommunication issues between the crew and management at first on our expected, but I think it was more related to timings with staff vacations, absences, etc….Once brought to their attention, all was resolved and our house looks beautiful! They even came back to resolve a couple things that we noticed not completed at clean up. Great company and great customer service. They care and are willing do go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy!

Mark and his team were wonderful to work with, timely and responsive. A year after they finished my house painting and deck staining, some stain had worn off my steps. Despite being past the standard Warenttee, Mark arranged to have the area touched up and even bought me the stain!

Prompt, worked hard, had a plan and routine, and got the house painted while dealing with our delightful spring weather (rain). House looks great from top to bottom.
