I highly recommend Mike and his team. They provided excellent communication, fair pricing, top-notch workmanship, and thorough clean-up after the job. I never imagined that getting a new roof could be such a smooth and hassle-free process.

We had a roof leak dripping from a window casement. I contacted Mike through Angie's List on a Sunday morning. Not only was he here within the hour and fixed the leak-he wouldn't accept payment for his services. He was probably here 20 minutes. He discovered a spot where a tree branch had punctured the roofing. That kind of service today is hard to come by, to say the least. I will hire and recommend Mike and Krown Roofing to ALL of my friends. Thank you Mike! A+++++

Degree of professionalism, demonstrated by both employees performing the work, FAR exceeded my expectations. Any sheeting that showed any signs of deterioration were replaced. All roof vents were replaced with a more efficient Cobra SnowCountry ridge vent system. Cleanup was spotless. I couldn't be happier with the work performed, high quality materials used, and the cost. I highly recommend Krown Roofing.

Mike is a terrific and honest guy. He could have sell me a BS maintenance and pocket a few hundreds but instead gave me his honest opinion and asked me not to spend money on the roof. He is the only contractor I'm gonna call for my next job.

Mike responded to my call quickly and we met the next morning. He was on time and professional. I had been ripped off by another contractor a year ago and was nervous. With Krown you pay after the job is completed. The crew was great. They we're respectful and cleaned up everything. My new roof and gutters look great. I would hire Krown again and will definitely recommend them to anyone.

They were on time. they were very meticulously clean about their work. The workers were very polite, I can't say enough about Krown roofing. The owner Mike, was very fantastic. He came by everyday to check on the job, they went above and beyond.

They were very cooperative. They also pressure washed and painted my house as well. They went above and beyond to meet my needs.

From the initial contact, Mike was responsive, professional, prompt and reliable. His bid was very competitive and he explained in thorough but understandable terms what they would do and how. The materials and crew arrived as scheduled and the job was completed in two days. They cleaned up at the end of each day, leaving the property as they found it, and the new roof looks great. Everything was above what one might expect. More than just a roof install. everything was addressed including fascia and downspouts, to touch up paint.

Amazing customer service. My call was returned promptly, Mike turned up when he said he would, he took 45 minutes to repair the leak and then wouldn't take any payment because it was 'just a small leak'. I can't praise him enough and will use him again when we replace the roof, without question.

Mike called me back within an hour. I had a small roof leak in a bathroom at the vent ceiling. I wasn't sure if the roof needed repairing or not. Mike came out & caulked the ventilation pipe to the bathroom vent. Problem solved. He mentioned if it still leaked, then he would come back out & look at the shingles around the vent & fix those. I found him to be very professional & easy to work with. He solved a problem that I thought would be more complex. I will use Krown again when it comes time to re-roof, in a few years. Everything turned out well. They were very professional and cordial, provided lots of helpful information about my options, and did a great job with the repairs. Furthermore, they were very flexible about payment and scheduling, they cleaned up after themselves, and they had one of the more competitive bids.

It was great. It was a really good service, good interaction. Nothing negative at all. It was a good product, they were here quickly. Just all in all it was great. We had below freezing temperatures and they were here working every day and they cleaned up great. They totally cleaned up every little nail. They did a great job.

Contractor was on time, very courteous, informative in presentation of what he would do and materials used for reroof and gutter replacement. I received a detailed estimate the next day. His price was very competitive and I simply chose another contractor. Nothing negative to say about this contractor.

Mike was quick to arrive and evaluate this emergency problem, gave me a clear and concise overview of what had occured and how it should be fixed along with a fair idea of the cost, then got the work completed that same day in exactly the amount of time he'd estimated. I would highly recommend Mike and his company.

Mike and his crew were fantastic. He responded to our estimate request promptly, explained the options and exactly what would be included in the job. The roofing crew arrived around noon and by 6 p.m. we had a new roof (1800 square feet). The gutter crew arrived on Monday and expertly installed seamless gutters and downspouts to our new two story addition. The quality of work and materials was superb and Mike personally stopped by to check the job and take care of some final touches. We highly recommend Krown Builders, they went above and beyond to provide great customer service.
