Judd & Black

We shopped at Judd and Black numerous times. During our visits we got quotes on several items. Judd and Black vaguely referred to a package price. We specifically asked if we bought one or two items if those prices would apply and they assured us we could buy one or two items and get those prices. When purchase day arrived we were blindsided and told that the prices would only apply if we bought all of our appliances at Judd and Black. This was the first time we were told this. The salesperson said that the manager was unhappy with him for giving us such good prices and the only way they would honor the prices was if we bought all of our appliances at Judd and Black. When we said we were never told this, Judd and Black said "that is the deal now." When we talked to the manager and asked for a quote on an individual appliance without the package price, the price was $200 higher. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed. We do not feel they stood by their word.

They installed the fan/light on 3/27, on time. They delivered and installed the stove and refrigerator on 3/27 on time. Their service people were very professional and courteous.
