We are locally owned and owner operated since 1989. We don't charge by the hour but by the job, no matter how long it takes. All our techs are in uniforms, drive a van with the company logo and are insured. We have employees not subcontractors, so they can take the time to do a great job for you! We use the newest Hydramaster truck mounted steam cleaning machines getting the water hotter and can suction it to merely damp upon leaving aiding in faster dry times. We guarantee our work! If you're not satisfied we'll come out and fix it or you don't pay for it! Our extensive industry experience brings a level of expertise very few companies have. Each type of carpet has its own personality. While we cant make a new carpet out of an old rag, we can restore it and save you from having to replace it. Saving you time and money. We can do any kind of carpet repair including dyeing to make make it look better, if not like new again, patching, stretching, clamp bars and tack strips. Our certified trained technicians have seen a lot and will know what to do to save your bottom line. We can do whatever you need. We are available 24 hours a day for floods and other emergencies and are the only company that has The Incinerator, the most powerful controllable portable heat system available to dry out large or small structures and kill bed bugs. It has 1.2 million BTU"s of heat which can heat up a house or apartment fast to kill bed bugs, their eggs and larvae in one afternoon and for floods, can remove over 250 gallons of water (most dehumidifiers remove only pints) a day! Thus getting your life back to normal much faster! We also have portable electrical units to rid bed bugs with heat in high rises and hard to reach apartments. For bed bugs, its $1 a sq foot and we will educate you on preparation for your heat treatment as well as how to manage a bed bug infestation. Please call for an estimate on carpet cleaning or any carpet or pet repairs. At Jet City, we believe pets are people too! They get frustrated and scratch up a carpet or tear it apart. They can't hold while you're at work all day and use the carpet as their toilet. We understand! ANd we have an arsenal at our disposal that can tackle and conquer any problem. Not only can we repair damage, we have several different types of urine treatments available to made sure you don't smell Scooby or his Doo! We use professional strength ozone to re-mediate food odors, mold and cigarette smells. For pet smells and urine issues we can do a simple clean to removing the carpet pad, using fogger and sealing the sub floor, using chemicals or doing something we call a controlled flood to get your carpet smelling fresh and clean again. We pressure wash exteriors with a portable honda 4000 psi washer or can do interiors with our Hydramaster Titan machine, getting the temperature to 250 degrees and then immediately suctioning off the water to keep the space tidy and clean. We can clean moss off rooftops, walkways, walls driveways and parking areas and on any hard surface like stone, asphalt, cement and brick. Our Ultrasonic blind cleaning we can do large amounts at your property and take them down, clean them and then put them back up. We don't so less than 20 on site. If you have a smaller amount we would come out and get the blinds, an extra charge for taking them down, and bring them back nice and clean within 48 hours. With our hard surface machine we can take care of your tile and grout needs around pools, decking and patios. You then have the option to seal the area after the clean to prevent staining and ensure tile protection.

I would recommend them. I just really like Hosea and I think he does great work. It was Hosea who usually would come out every time. It has been a while since I used him. He was great. He was a really nice guy. He was really reasonable. He would do the whole house; there is 1300 sq. ft. and stairs and he would usually charge me around $250. He did really good work. I would rate him highly and definitely would use him again in the future.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AT THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE, THOUGH THE TRUCK WAS A BIT GRUNGY. THE SERVICEMAN WERE VERY POLITE AND PROMPT. THEY ALSO WERE CAREFUL NOT TO HIT ANY OF THE FURNITURE AND THEY MADE SURE THAT WE WERE COMFORTABLE WITH THEM. WHEN ALL WAS DONE, THE CARPET WAS VERY CLEAN AND YOU COULDN'T EVEN TELL THE PREVIOUS OWNER WAS THE CARPET. THE BEST THING WAS THE PRICE. $83?! IT WAS VERY AFFORDABLE. JADE'S JET CITY CARPET CLEANERS, I GIVE YOU AN A++.
