I am so pleased with my experience with Hedlund Painting. I contacted Zakary to repair trim / banister damage from an anxious puppy, as well as paint my kitchen cabinets and walls. I could not be happier with the result. Micah, the project manager, was on-time, detail-oriented, and caring in my home. I really appreciated how he stayed on top of the project, and that the project completed on time. I also want to credit the MASTERFUL painter/carpenter, Jesus, who painted our kitchen to PERFECTION and MASTERFULLY repaired our trim / banisters. I could not be happier with the outcome. Jesus was meticulous, skilled, polite, on-time, and a general delight to have in our home. I could not recommend Zakary, Micah, and Jesus enough - I will definitely be reaching out to Hedlund again for future home projects.

It looks great. I had the trim and gutters painted. They did a good job and picked up everything afterwards. Most of the painting companies that responded to my request for a quote said my job as too small. Hedlund said no job was too small. I would recommend them to anyone that asks.

I started working with Hedlund Painting a few months ago and they have been nothing less than fantastic to work with! I am a condo/HOA manager and they have done various jobs for me now from small to large. I will be continuing to send work to them for as long as they're willing to accept it! Zakary Fike, a Project Manager at Hedlund, has proven to be consistent and timely with communication and follow-up. When walking a large job for final inspection, he proactively pointed out some touch up areas that the crew came back through to address. The clients I manage, as well as myself, have been beyond satisfied with all jobs that Zakary has overseen. I could not recommend them enough!

We needed a drywall hole repaired and painted. They were very responsive, good communication, and were able to match the paint perfectly.

My first impression of the crew at Hedlund was great. Zakary gave me lots of info along with the estimate and a competitive price. The crew in my home doing the work were nice, respectful, and accommodating of my needs. The quality of the work is excellent and we are so delighted we had it done! The main issue we had with the team was a lack of clarity and communication about the time required for the job. We scheduled the job for a week when we were out of town so that the process would be less invasive, but progress was very slow and we ended up needing to spend an additional week in a hotel. The project manager, Rigo, was very apologetic and brought in some extra crew to help get the house livable more quickly. The time factor was compounded by the fact that they had a bottleneck of work in their shop and needed to turn our garage into a painting booth. The crew was hardworking and the quality of the job is excellent, so I can definitely recommend these guys for any painting work you have. I just also recommend being crystal clear about expectations for the timeline and location of the work, and for doing some research on your own end about how to prevent dust from sanding going everywhere in your home!

While the experience of having water damage in our home such that we had to evacuate for several months was terrible. The restoration performance from Hedlund was excellent. They provided support in negotiating the rebuild/restoration costs with my insurance company and they provided detailed project management visibility throughout. Additionally, we were able to add enhancements to our home that we wouldn't have been able to prioritize previously. Their work was done beautifully and I appreciate their attention to detail. I highly recommend Chris, Zak and Vince to support your future renovation needs.

They gave me a quote which I decided to accept. The office gal told me she would check the carpenter's schedule and get the contract ready then never responded to me again. They're obviously not hard up for business.

Zakary Fike came out to look at the project. He provided a rough estimate of $14-20,000 to clean, refinish/paint. As I expect to move soon I decided not to invest that much. He then reccommended an individual to do the cleaning and suggested a method of freshing the exterior appearance that I could do.

The experience was very good. They painted our fence which had a failing four year old paint job. They primed and put on two coats of paint. Looks great now. Price was competitive. Vince was very responsive to questions and concerns.

Hedlund Painting did an excellent job on our 100 year old craftsman house in Green Lake. Their price was reasonable and included 8 hours of carpentry for needed repairs, which was plenty. Scheduling the job was straightforward and they showed up early on the day they said they would start. The work crew was friendly and professional, and worked efficiently. At the end of each day they tidily stored their gear under a tarp in a neat pile in a corner of the yard. They estimated that the job would take two weeks, but ended up completing it in seven days, with no delays. They double coated the siding and trim and even the gutters. The final paint job looks great, with clean lines between different colors, and not a speck of paint on windows or ground. When finished they cleaned up after themselves well. The house looks great and we are entirely happy with their work. We would definitely hire them again, and recommend them without any reservation.

Zakary stopped by quickly for an estimate, and his team was able to work within our quick turnaround time. The painters were friendly and answered any questions we may have had. Thank you Hedlund's Painting!

Getting our house repainted became quite the experience with Hedlund. Started off great, easy to work with team eager to make us happy. Ended with salt in our mouth, feeling like pulling teeth to get them to finish project they had started which took almost a year to complete and only if we stayed on top of it. Team was easy to work with on planning with details easy to understand and pricing inline with competitors. Primary paint days went good even when we changed color of gutters and trim after first day of paint. Had many touch up issues and team didn't appear to have much attention to detail on our project as multiple call backs as we continue to find issues. We did have a issue with Hedlund on the cost of the change paint requests since a written quote was never provided for the change, instead a bill twice what was discussed was presented at end of initial painting. We also had an issue with an entire side of our house and paint drying oddly, like a surfactant drying issue. This is where the frustration started with Hedlund as first we were asked to wait a few months to see if the paint would just fix itself. Then it was lets get the paint company out to see what the issue is. Then it was blame the siding on the house. Then it was lets try some alternate solutions. Then it was we forgot we hadn't completed your project for 6 months and never once attempted to stay in touch with us. Then it was alright you keep bugging us and contacted our owner so we will come back and work on this issue plus the new issues shared where paint not even a year old is already cracking, peeling and calking also not holding all around our house. Finally the one side of the house that wasn't finished was finished a year later along with all the new issues but when the cracking of paint on our back deck was redone it was done with the wrong paint (house paint not deck shark skin paint) and done without covering the below brand new concrete patio resulting in paint drips all over our new patio. A crew member came back out and poured paint thinner on our new patio and told us to just leave it for a few days. It ended up staining our patio in multiple places. Hedlund's response was "oh sorry". We were able to power wash most of it out ourselves thankfully but still can see it in some areas. We really like the paint color of our house. The way this company worked with us just got worse over time which was disappointing and frustrating and results in us not being able to recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding company....we just finished building our home and when Zakary’s crew showed up to paint our interior we were fresh off a very bad experience with our sheetrockers. Eduardo and crew were a breath of fresh air. They were clean, meticulous, efficient and really nice people. Liked them so much we had them back the next summer to paint our exterior.

This contractor was FANTASTIC! We gave them a deadline, and they finished 30 days earlier than we expected. The work quality was excellent, and their follow up was amazing. I would recommend this contractor for their quality and their price! Thanks Helund Painting for a job well done!

I had previously had Hedlund Painting replace and paint drywall on my ceiling that was damaged by a leak. They did a great job, but I found that when a particular light was on in the evening one of the seams was visible. Without a question or a charge they reworked the seam so that it can no longer be seen. Outstanding customer service!

It went very well, it was excellent.

Hedlund did fantastic work. They were very responsive, scheduled the work promptly, did the work when they said they were going to, and most importantly, the final result looks great. The quality of the work is really impressive.

It went extremely well, the repair was done and the whole door jamb repainted. It was a very professional job and the gentleman doing the work was extremely pleasant as was his supervisor who came at the outset of the work.
