I've been a member of their Home Care Plan for for many years and Hart's employees(online and the workers they hire) are top notch. They're friendly, professional and their services are reasonably priced with special discounts for their Home Care Customers like myself.

Good technician, prices seemed high, but very likely a lingering effect of the recent pandemic. Plumber did three jobs efficiently, recommended further work.

Harts Services did a great job. Luke our technician was professional and completed the job. Unfortunately the job had to go through the living room dry wall and now we gotta get that fixed but that’s not a big deal. We consented to that route.

Very professional and friendly. Had them come and look at a sewage ejector system that was constantly running. He suggested that it might simply be dry (house was just bought and has been vacant for a month) and to run the tap for a while to fill/flush the system a few times. While we were waiting, he spent the time to explain the system, go over its parts and their function, and offered a pamphlet on a preventative maintenance service. Did not try to sell me on unneeded repairs and did not charge me anything for the visit. Very happy / relieved with the outcome and will not hesitate to use Harts in the future.
