My water heater needed to be replaced. I contacted Hart's Plumbing and they kept in touch with me during the morning to keep me apprised as to when Josh would arrive. Josh arrived on time, was friendly and professional, completed the job, and cleaned up. I would hire them again.

Plumbers were prompt, friendly, and knew how to solve a very simple problem with my leaky sink plumbing.

Ours was a tough job, digging down to a city main sewer in the middle of a busy Tacoma arterial street to install a new side sewer in order to sell our house. Harts persisted and got it done in a timely way when others backed away, or declined to even quote, or fail to respond after quoting. Video survey of the completed side sewer by the buyer of the house showed everything well done.

They were very professional. Their prices seemed expensive but then I don't have much to compare them to. Bottom line was that they fixed an emergency problem quickly and efficiently. The process was 100% professional from start to finish.

Company seemed genuinly interested in repairing the sewer line without adding additional cost

My house was built in 1905 and last sewer work was done over fifty years ago. This added complexity to the original project, but despite these difficulties they completed the replacement of old Orangeburg pipe with minimal disruption to the house, basement, and yard, all for the original estimated cost. All required permits were obtained and they had a good working relationship with the city inspectors.

They got it done right the next day and stuck to their estimate. Highly recommended.
