Came out on the same day - we've had this problem before and other plumbers just 'treated' the problem. Chris identified the cause of the problem! YAY!

Arrived on time, courteous, efficient, very knowledgeable. And, most importantly, worked hard to get to the cause of the problem which was a clogged main sewer line.

They sent me a text with a picture of the technician so I knew who to expect. They were sure to follow through on the project. I was given an appointment with a clear window. They were friendly and respectful.

Hot water heater bit the dust! Hart's plumbing got out the same day our water heater was hard to get but they removed it no problem

Awesome company, repaired a collapsed sewer at my home at a price 1/2 of what was quoted by other companies and did a fantastic job. I will be calling harts for any future plumbing issues

They came to fix my washer outlet that was overflowing. They said they snaked the pipe up to 60 feet. When we load our washer it started to overflow again. They said the problem was the pipe that the previous owner put was a small pipe 1 1/2 inch galvanized and offer 2 options. Jet piping that has the risk of flooding my house or repairing that would cost me over $800 including taxes. I called my home warranty and they sent a plumber from another company and he fixed the problem in 10 minutes by just snaking from the top outlet where we insert the washer tubing. I was so frustrated paying $102 for nothing.

Two days before Christmas, on the day my family was arriving in town for the celebrations, our kitchen sink with the garbage disposal got clogged. Hart's were able to get Chris over to help us out on Sunday evening. Very quickly he was able fix the issue. The $250 after hours fee was well worth not having to wash dishes over the holidays in the bath tub!

the only reason I rated them down on value for money was because of the $250. fee to come to Vashon Island but I really can't complain because I believe their prices were more than fair compared to the plumbers I have had on Vashon so even with that cost I believe the value for money was still good.

Spent $ without getting the problem resolved.

They came back and fixed the problem at no cost to me under the warranty.

Contacted Hart for a quote at 9pm, received a call at 7am the next day and set up a consult for later that same day. they charged $250 for coming to Vashon, but 3 other companies I contacted wouldn’t even come here. They didn’t have the right size water heater with them and returned the next day to complete the job. I wish these companies would talk over the phone about our job and options. They would have helped me rule out the tankless water heater before coming, and I could have saved a trip by telling them my water heater had height requirements etc. In the end, while I think it was more expensive, the work was quick and excellent. I would use Hart again.

Immediate Response, set up an appointment they did the inspection and I could not be more happy. Very reasonable cost.

Chris was very friendly and courteous. His expertise and knowledge is top notch.

Water heater is very expensive compared to similar modes at Lowe's or Home Depot...plus warranties for some models at these stores are twice as long (12 years vs 6 years). Next time will do it myself.

The plumber showed up fix the problems very quickly were very professional about it and made recommendations for things that were not caught in this new home by our home inspector. Provide a good quote for future work, were professional, On time, and friendly. Definitely worth hiring this company to fix my plumbing issues

The actual work has not started yet but if it is as professional as the contact we have had with Hart's then this company is golden! We are having a water heater replaced and a sewer trenches lining installed.
