Hart's plumbing sent a great team iut to the house. On time, professional, answered all my questions and did a top notch job of not only fixing the outdoor faucet, but also replaced the twelve year old water tank at the same time. I highly recommend Hart's Plumbing if you have a plumbing job you want done right.

Wonderful company with great quality work and customer service.

Service came to my house within 30 minutes of me contacting them to them to replace my broken water tank with an O.A. Smith brand. The person took the time to educate me about what had to be done to replace the hot water tank and why it needed to be put in a certain way. Person also took the time to teach me how to maintain the hot water tank. Their man office stayed in touch with me during the installation and followed up afterwards to be sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the installation process.

Office staff was very helpful in setting up the apt. Office sent a photo of the tech who would repair the garbage disposal. Job was done very efficienly and at a reasonable cost. Hart Plumbing is now in my phone and I won't hesitate to call Hart again if needed.

Prompt and courteous service.

We were having an old concrete slab removed and it was directly under our backyard water faucet. The faucet was 18 years old and had obviously been one of the lowest bidders back in 2000. With water spewing out of the wall, we frantically turned off the water and started looking for a plumber who could respond in an emergency. Seeing Hart’s Plumbing and Excavation’s listing, and their very fast response to our request, gave us hope. I called and was greeted with a highly professional and courteous support person who rapidly got me set up with an appointment for only a couple of hours later that day. When Jason arrived the professionalism and service continued non-stop. Jason’s truck was equipped to handle a simple replacement, but we opted for a temporary cap and a follow-up appointment to install a non-freeze adaptor at a later time. Within two days our new faucet connection was installed and operating perfectly. We are EXTREMELY glad to have found Hart’s Plumbing and Excavation. Quality people providing quality service.

The team was informative and offered great customer service. Kudos to Chris for the ugly mess he had to put himself into. They did the job in a timely manner as well as fixed what was likely the cause. The only thing, in hindsight, that could be better is if the clean out was a bit higher. It is low in the ground and when it rains, the area fills with water. If it was higher, we could add more fill dirt to raise the ground level to plant grass. Other than that, we are happy with the job. While the price was high, it was still lower than a price we had previously been quoted.

The technician's name is Chris and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and has great attention to detail. I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization of his work truck. I knew we had the right guy for the job just by looking at his truck.

500ft of new water line from the meter. They pulled permits from county and, communicated well with the water district, who issued a partial credit on a $750 bill for the breaks in the old line. Excavation slowed up on a stretch with a lot of trees. They brought in a second excavator to help out. My quote did not change.

Have 4 stars on value for money ONLY because plumbing and electrical companies are notoriously pricey. That said, this company was more fair and better priced. Will use them again.
