Impressive customer service from the first call. Received updates on expected arrival time. Further, Harts provided background information and photo of the technician that would be coming to my home. 4 stars on work quality due to an incomplete installation the first time. However, Harts quickly responded to my concern and resolved the issue with a second visit. A bit expensive.

I have found my go-to plumbing company for life. I an astounded by how great the service was in dealing with Harts Services. From my initial phone call with customer service, to the updates I received from texts and emails on when the plumber was arriving was surprising and great. The plumber who responded was Ryan Johnson and he was EXCELLENT! Great personality and work ethic. He explained everything he was going to check and fix and did it! He was respectful of my house and fixed both of the drain issues I was having with a great smile on his face. Ryan is a great credit to Harts Services and as I told him that they have a new regular customer for life! The price for the work was very reasonable and all explained to me before he started the work. There was no trip fee or hourly rate it was all cost per the job. That was real good news. I highly recommend Hart's Plumbing and really appreciate Ryan Johnson exceptional service!!

Everyone I dealt with from dispatch was wonderful and always checked in to inform me of when the workers would be here. The Ethan and James were great to work with and went above and beyond. James even helped get the cats into a room. I have more projects in the future and look forward to working with these guys again. They are professional, personable, and the office staff is great.

Before deciding to go with someone a little cheaper I recommend considering the quality of service you would receive by paying a little more. My water heater began leaking one evening so I put it into home advisor. The next morning Hart s called me about getting a quote done and they came to do an estimate that day. They wouldn t give me a price over the phone and some people may not like that, but because of this they were able to give me a 100% accurate quote with no surprises. I could have had the water heater installed the same day but I had other quotes coming in that I wanted to consider. That night I told them I would like to give them my business and scheduled an appointment after putting half down. This was a little strange to me, but I had the money so it didn t bother me. The next day Chris Phillips came out to install the water heater and I could not be happier with his work. He is an absolute professional with a lot of experience under his belt. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and gave me some insight as to why as well. He helped me understand my system better and even pointed out things that he thought may need attention soon. At the end of it all I had a brand new water heater with almost no time without hot water. He also installed a pressure reducing valve and a new hose bib. The quality of his work is exceptional and looks very neat and clean in my garage. Overall I don t think I could have asked for a better experience with an otherwise stressful situation. I will absolutely be calling them back for any of my plumbing needs and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. I am very thankful that I went with them even though they were a little more expensive than the other companies who contacted me.

We hired them for septic pump work and also for some toilet plumbing work. I was impressed that I received a text with the photos of the techs being sent to my house. I received a quote for work to be performed and scheduled it, and wrote a check as a deposit of approximately 50% (Friday). My neighbor also requested work on their septic pump. On the day the septic work was performed, the scope of work was changed. I discovered that Harts had processed my deposit check as an ACH payment for the full amount on Monday--PRIOR TO THE WORK BEING PERFORMED. On Tuesday the tech discovered that the item scheduled to be replaced only needed repairing and did the pump work and repaired the alarm. During this service call, he discovered that our sump pump motor needed replacing. I scheduled that. He also collected a check for the remaining charges on the original quote from my husband as we had not discovered that they had processed the payment in full already. I contacted the company SEVERAL TIMES asking for a full accounting of the services done on the Friday and Tuesday and an explanation for processing the payment prior to services being completed. It is now nearly 4 weeks later and I have not received anything in writing from them. They did not provide a confirmed appointment for the sump pump work, just said *it looks like it will be done on Friday* -- this was a week after the previous service visit. There was no firm appointment made, and the tech arrived at 5 pm. I had been told several times during the day that he would be at my house *shortly*, and he arrived at 5 pm. He showed us the new pump piece, and after the work was completed, he showed us the one removed -- definitely needed replacing. When the tech tried to close out the service ticket at 6 pm, it had already been closed out. We have not received a copy of the ticket. The service techs were professional and we were satisfied with their work. However, the administrative side of the jobs is VERY unprofessional. Processing payment for a job that has not been completed (or even started) violates their own contract which states that payment is due upon completion of the job. Also, I believe when the scope of the job changes, a new quote needs to be provided to the customer, which was not done in this case. Also, my neighbor was not provided with a quote for the work done at their house, and the charges were excessive for what was done. SUMARY: BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE -- make sure they are EXPLICIT with the work to be performed, and the charges for the work.

I wanted an electric tankless waterheater. They would not do it I ended up with a regular one instead.

Very professional and courteous. Fast to answer and to provide service. Answered every question honestly and did not talk down to me. Cleaned up after themselves. I loved that they sent a photo and bio of the service people before they arrived. They also checked my other water systems and provided a water analysis. Great service for the money! I will recommend and hire them again when I need it.

I am a satisfied customer overall, but it was a shakey start with this company. I was scheduled for a 9 am appointment, but ended up having to cancel my mid afternoon plans cause they called and said he would be at my house in 30 minutes. The plumber didnt come for 3 hours after this call so I cancelled my plans for nothing. This plumber told me I couldnt get or shouldn't get some of the services I asked for and gave me directions to buy parts and scheduled me for another day. The next appointment was not the same plumber and the notes the last plumber gave were not at all the job he thought he was walking into. This plumber came in a reasonable time, answered my questions, and could offer what I was asking. Unfortunately, since the first plumber was not great I had to have a third appointment. By the 3rd appointment my leak was fixed and new faucet and sink installed and he did a great job! Just was bummed he thought he could install a garbage disposal, so I bought one, but he couldn't in the end cause I didnt have the wiring and he didnt have the caps for the wall holes like he offered to make up for the past guy cause he couldnt find them :(

Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service tech Preston. Came on time, fixed the problem in double quick time - what else would you wish for? Will recommend Harts and will use as my future go to plumber! Great back office staff too - they keep the ball rolling with updates.

My installer James, answered all my questions before and after the installation. It was much quicker then I d expected the installation to take and he cleaned up when he was done.

This was a complicated water heater replacement as it needed to be done in a cramped dug out basement under an old house. Very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency.

Hart's was quick and efficient. They were easy and friendly to work with, and made me feel safe when they came in to my home.
