The crew that was sent to my home, Justin, Dominic, and Jarrod were all very nice they explained every thing as they went and did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. There were a couple of snags that occurred because of the old pipes but they showed them to me explained what was going on and got my complete approval of the solution before moving forward.

They went out of their way and dig down to my broken sewer sideways to save my expensive and recently installed asphalt.

Great company to have work done through. They keep you in the loop of what is going on in regards to your installation. And they send you a pic of who is coming to your house. And if something s not right and you find it later on they will come back out immediately to fix it and make it right for you.

Thorough review of problems. But fixed price agreed to in advance was exorbitant in relation to the observed work ultimately performed. Would only hire this firm again on an hourly rate.

Just overall good company.

Harts Services was extremely responsive and provided an excellent customer experience. What truly won our family over though was the technician who came to our house for the initial estimate. He was polite, knowledgeable, and provided transparent options. It is difficult to find honest and trustworthy people in this industry, so I'm thankful that we sought out additional quotes and found Harts Services. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the overall experience.

Job done right I need the faucets replace behind my washer. They were there the next day with smiles. I will call them back for other plumbing need. They were wonderful.

When the technician came in he covered his shoes. He was very respectful. And most importantly, he suggested the very same improvement that my friend had already told me I should make. Didn t try to push it on me, but just gave me the information.

I would absolutely recommend this company. I completely replaced my home’s entire plumbing system and while Hart’s was not the cheapest, they were also not the most expensive. I did, however, get the most bang for my buck and four extremely dedicated professionals who were honest about everything I was purchasing. I will continue to use them in the future.

Heart service technician Preston showed up in a timely manner and was very respectful of my property by putting disposable booties on so we would not create dirt and debris from the outside into the house Preston did a excellent job in a short timeframe was very polite very thorough and would hire Harts Service again in a heartbeat

Great response and great work. Completed in a timely manner. Techs were friendly and informative. Thought their origial price was high but they were willing to negotiate a reasonable compromise. .

I was charged $4,000 for installing a claw foot tub that I purchased in Oregon along with a sink I had to purchase. There was very little they had to suppl. They put in a drain pipe that went up to the roof. It took four hours. So, I figure $1,000 an hour for labor. I agreed to $3,200 because I couldn't find anyone else to do it. When the job was done, I was charged $4,000. They recommended a credit place. My payments are $54 and half of that is interest. I am on Social Security. The tub keeps me from having to go to the gum, rain or shine or snow and ice, to take a shower. I loved them, but was gobsmacked by the price.

Great experience. Showed up on time and completed job on that visit. Needed some add'l parts and went to HD and picked up and returned. No need to order parts and return when come in.

The technician took my toilet a part so he could look in it with a camera and when he put it back together and I turned on the water after he left, it's leaking so bad that I had to turn the water off again and call another plumber (different company) to fix it. When I called to speak with a Service Manager the Customer Service person told me he would call me back today, it's been three weeks now and I'm still waiting. Will never use this company again. Extremely prompt excellent service

Overall, a great experience from Michelle in Customer Service to John, our Service Tech. We had a tough kitchen sink clog and John worked hard to get it cleared; turns out our pipes are old and corroded and will need replacing, but he got the clog cleared for us. Very friendly and sincere, and it was reassuring to receive a text with the name and photo of the person to expect. The only minor glitch was I had to call the next day to request the invoice and the quote for the recommended repair.
