The guy who came to my home was not very knowledgeable and he took pictures with out my permission.

Very professional, courteous and quality service. Their employee, Steven, explained the procedure for unclogging drains, set everything up and had the clogged drain fixed in just a short time and assured me it was just a clogged drain and nothing more serious. Will definitely call them again if my house has plumbing issues.

My experience with Harts was extremely good. A Harts customer servic rep. contacted me within two hours of my submission on Home Advisor. The individual who spoke to me over the phone was very knowledgeable about plumbing, polite and punctual with their scheduling. The two individuals who completed the repair in my home were very polite, knowledgeable of their craft, personable, and performed their work rapidly. At the conclusion of my repair the duo diligently cleaned up after themselves and explained their repairs in great detail. I am very happy with my every interaction with Harts and extend an excellent reference...

The on-site plumber and the customer service representatives at the call center were fantastic in terms of accessibility communication and prompt arrivals.

Very friendly and fast with good customer service. They did not install the water heater to city code, nor pull permit from city. When asked about it, they apologized and returned to do the work correctly with no additional charge. Left homeowner with responsibility for permit. So just be aware of the rules in your city.

Very impressed with the level of communication, including providing the photo and name of the service provider prior to their arrival. The job ended up being very simple, however I would certainly keep them in mind for future needs.

Very fast and pointed out other problems associated with the dishwasher/disposal. The cost, even with the discounts, seemed to be quite high...

Excellent customer service, from front office, Kevette, job coordinator, Scott, and on-site plumbers, Jarrett and Jordan, who worked 12 hours, almost non stop, to complete upgrade of kitchen and bathroom sinks, bathroom showers, and outside faucets. Awesome plumbers...two words not usually seen together.
