I called on 6/3 at around 7 am to inquire about and schedule service for my bathroom tub, it was having an issue draining. I spoke with a very nice woman and explained the issue, asked her ** are you still running the $93 clear on any drain?**and she said yes. She asked me several questions including if we had used drain-o and I said yes. Our tub was still draining, but it was slow and I felt it needed to be snaked. During the whole conversation, she never mentioned an additional fee for the drain-o, a trip fee or any other extra fees. She stated **yes, the $93 plus tax is still current**. I truly expected to pay $102.30, so I scheduled the appointment for Friday 6-5 after 3 pm. Ryan showed up and used a camera to see down the drain. He did not see anything but I still requested him to snake the line, which he did, but he said that, because we used drain-o, there would be an additional $125 charge. I said that I did not agree with this because it was not disclosed when I requested the service call and the fact is that we have 11 people living in our home showering every day, so the drain-o would be gone from Wednesday, but Ryan stated that it was policy and showed my husband a form from their office. Ryan snaked the drain and found the clog of hair and then charged us $239.80, which I paid with my visa. About an hour later, we received a follow-up call from your office and I expressed that the service was good, but I was not happy with the additional charges, considering I specifically asked about the charges several times. We are a large family on a budget and due to COVID-19, we have reduced work hours and incoming funds. The person said she completely understood and would have a manager call me back. I am just wondering when that manager will call back? It has been 5 days, I thought I should ask. I am not unhappy with the service, but the fact that the fees were not disclosed to me when I repeatedly asked about them? I really do not like the feeling of **here is the cheap price to get into your home but once we are there you get hit with the larger fee**. This really leaves a bad taste in my mouth and will make me think twice before calling you again if I require further services. I do not want to give a poor review online but if I do not get a callback and some type of resolution, then I will have no choice. I gave them 7 business days to address my concerns and they never did, so I am sharing this with you because I really believe what they did was wrong. I asked about the pricing several times and they did not disclose the correct amount.

They were excellent. Hard workers. Cleaned up great. I would tell friends about them. They all deserve a raise.. Great Job guys.

Rework was required. Customer service was slow to respond to the needed rework. Quote price seemed reasonable based on the described work. Once the work was complete, it was apparent that the completed work was less than expected from the quote and the job had been over-quoted. Questions about pricing became lost in the discussion of trying to get rework accomplished. Ultimately, I settled for with overpaying and I considered it a win that I got them to come back and correct the original work.

The guys showed up promptly.Were precise on doing the job they know what they â re doing cause of their years of experience.Got the job done fast.

Responded on a timely basis, diagnosed the problem and installed a new water heater. Arrived at 9am and were finished with the job by 10:30.

They came when they said they would and was fast and clean, but their camera service was a little laking. Another company I saw on TV had a better quality picture and more information embeded on the video. I didn't get a price on the other business so I can not be sure if I am comparing apples to apple, but other than that they are great.

They say they are problem solvers, but I guess my problem was too hard for them to solve. Overall, I think they are a good company, but my experience was not good. Getting them to return my phone calls, after their initial visit was paid for, was nearly impossible.

Mr. M. contractor did not show up. I booked 5 days in advance from HomeAdvisor app and we even have to pay in advance to have our kitchen dishwasher fixed but on the day that the Harts Services is scheduled to complete the project, I received a call from them saying they can't come to my house to fix it. It was very frustrating I booked 5 days in advance and they should have enough time to prepare everything on that day to have our dishwasher fix but now everything is in a mess. I'll give it zero star.

My plumbing tech was very informative about what to look for and when to possibly call back for follow up.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us multiple options to fix the issue. Highly recommend them.

Two plumbers worked hard to get the job done in one day. Great upgrades to inside fixtures in kitchen, two bathrooms, and outside faucets. Skilled and easy to communicate with. Would definitely hire again.

Harts had great customer service! Konner was the technition, and he explained everything very well and gave us some different options we could do. Konner seems to be very knowledgeable and friendly! Thanks for the good work, Konner!

Thomas from Hart Services was at my door about 2 hours after I submitted my request for pros on Home Advisor. He was friendly, quickly fixed my problem at the price quoted and explained my hot water recirculating system, which is new to me (though not new to the house).
