Harts did a great job of finding and fixing the leak in my sink pipes!

He came out to look at our plumbing and give us an idea of what we have to do to fix it. He was specific and had clear instructions. He also took a lot of time explaining everything answering all of our questions and concerns. He g ave us different options and pricing differences along with priorities. Very honest and informative! Worth the one time cost of under $80 just for the info and pipe video! They were here for about an hour, and didnà ¢à à t seem rushed. Also, if we have Harts do any of the work, they take that $80 and put it towards the cost of their work.

He fixed the washing machine hook-up faucet but forgot to replace the hose. When I turned on my washing machine, it flooded my family room. I am highly suspicious that these plumbers work on commission. After they address your original problem you scheduled the service for, they tell you they will check the rest of your plumbing as a courtesy. He told me I needed an entirely new pipe system that would cost $22,000. When I was actually considering it, I heard him tell someone on the phone that he **sold** a piping system. I had another plumber, a home inspector, and a contractor give me a second opinion and they all said the piping is fine. Be aware of possible scams from this company!

I had a hot water leak and he came out gave me a quote and replaced it next day upon my request. And I'm still waiting on the quote from the other two plumbing outfits. If you need quick and timely service and good personnel go with these guys. The two guys that gave me the quote were installers as well so they know what they are talking about.

I feel I was overcharged for installation of an air vent under my sink. I was charged over $400 for what looked to me like a $250 job max. I also do not like being charged amounts that include TV advertising costs because I have no use for any TV advertising. Otherwise they did good work and gave me valuable advice.

It is my fault for not seeing the contract state that they do not finish up with drywall. They also do not fix the damage they caused to my bathroom wall, clean up, caulk the bathtub, communicate with the customer or finish the valve behind the fridge. I am thankful for new water pipes but I cannot recommend this business. No follow-through. How can you run a business that does not provide 100% service? Disappointing.

These days it is rare to find a service organization that has it all together. Hart is one of those rare finds. From the initial call to some one on the scene was under 2 hrs. The tech was knowledgeable, well equipped and had the problem solved in less than an hour. Excellent service from beginning to end! I shall use Harts Services next time plumbing services are needed. Find someone else.

They are a bit high on the price for labor and repairs. They do have great service though we had some scheduling mess-ups that was quickly resolved and they were able to come out later that day still. They were fast when it came to repairs and so far it is working. Would recommend it for people who have radiant heat issues. Very professional and very informative. They knew what they were doing.
