Harts Plumbers, Electricians, & HVAC Technicians

I hired them to replace the connectors of the pipes coming out of a wall for a water heater. They were there for only 2 hours. My husband had already put the new water heater in place and even gave him the tool he needed (and did not have) to screw something in at an angle. The $1400 bill for 2 hours of work was ridiculous. We called the company to complain about the amount the day after and asked to speak to the owner. The call taker said we had to speak to the plumber that did the job to discuss the bill. He never called us back. I would like to make $700 an hour!

Professional and through

Charles did a great job! Very thorough and professional. Terrific customer service too!

Ron was very courteous and professional. He was very thorough and after unclogging my drain came back with three estimates for fixes. He tried to put a camera down my cleanout but couldn't get it open after trying for a while - he was trying to give me an estimate on how much longer I had left in my old cast iron pipes.

This is a good company that does outstanding work, but occasionally changes appointment times too often...otherwise I would have rated them five stars. One minute of communication can be worth a month of resolution.

Harts are always on time. There's no pressure from the sales person. Customer Service both in person and on the phone when setting up an appointment is superior to none.

Harts installed all new plumbing in our home a few years ago. Every year they do a maintenance check to ensure everything is up to par.

I did not hire them as they replace rather than fix septic pumps but Andrew was very easy to work with and an excellent customer advocate.

The work, when they finally got here, was done pretty quickly. It was waiting for them that killed me. Make sure you're the first call of the day. If you're not the first call you might waste two full days, like I did, waiting for them. I thought the 4-hour show up window was bad until I had to stay home for two days waiting. They assured me they come ready to work when they bid, but the technician didn't have the necessary PPE for my job, so I had to burn most of a third day waiting because I wasn't the first call for the day the work was going to be done. The technician was fantastic. I can recommend the speed and quality of the work. I felt the pricing was about right. From a quality of work perspective I can definitely recommend them. But make sure you're the first call.

I was seriously impressed! I was expecting someone to come and make it look like they were trying to do the jib then turn around and up sell a few hundred. But that absolutely did not happen! He came in with boot covers and a mask worn properly. Was very nice and respectful. Part of the deal was to scope the sewer line all for the one low price! ð I'm massively impressed and very happy with the results.

This was my second hire of Harts Services in 1 week! Needless to say this is an outstanding company employing one of the most professional and competent group of technicians I have ever dealt with. I was so impressed with the service work performed and knowledge of my technician Jordon Bakken, he is being requested again to perform some work in another location for my wife and I. This is a local company we should all definitely support.

I was able to be scheduled same day. Chris was on time and professional. I appreciated not only the clog being cleared but the pictures and information he shared with me about my plumbing system.

My tech David Mazzola was fantastic. Friendly, courteous and professional. He explained things throughly about the job and completed it very timely. Will use this company again for servicing my rental properties in the near future. Highly recommend Hart Services.

Tech did not place all the interior parts back into place - racks, etc. Left a piece I did not know where it went.

Did not rush my job to get to the next one. Appreciated a picture at the technician was sent before he arrived

I called to hire Harts Services, and I was told that a diagnostic fee would be $79. Before the tech arrived on site, I called my insurance firm and opened a claim. When the tech was finished with the diagnostic, he said the bill was $137!! I called customer service and was told someone would call me back to explain why there was a difference... no callback. My fridge hose from the sink to the fridge had a leak. The tech said that he would charge $3,800 to repair the line! Time for Harts Services to take a long hike.
