Diagnostician/Estimator and Plumbing team were just excellent. Sewer work and team very good, but also very pricey. Repairs on system were well done - crawlspace access area was damaged to extract the old sewage tank. Damage is still being repaired by homeowner. Harts rebated some cost to cover access damage. All Harts team members were fully vaccinated, wore masks, and were great to work with. Harts completed work within 1 day within quoted costs. New sewer pump alarm system system malfunctioned right after the install was finished - Harts sent a repair tech out to fix it on next day - excellent service - fixed the twisted tank float problem - no charge. Building inspector noticed new sump pump was tilted and alarm wiring was not properly affixed to the house - minor issues, I would hire Harts again but negotiate hours and pricing .

Super friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They came to check out what we thought was a broken sump pump but they got it to work and gave me a ton of advice on additional drainage needs. Highly recommend!

Bad experience! Install was delayed. Left huge mess in the driveway. Oh, and there was a gas leak 5 days after install because they did not tighten something properly and the gas company had to come out. Not recommending this company.

Harts dispatch kept me updated on the status of the plumbers arrival. We called for two issues and of course the mystery noise stopped the day he came! But he was able to fix the low pressure in the sink by replacing the faucet. All other plumbing companies we had out said our only option was to replace the old galvanized pipes! I truly appreciate that Konner took the time to look at the issue, listen to us and come up with a solution that worked and not just say the most expensive option of replacing all the pipes! Highly recommend using Harts!

Everyone I dealt with or spoke to at this company was extremely helpful and friendly. They were thorough, informative and professional and worked to get me the best possible deal when my failed water heater turned into discovering my 97 year old house needed the original pipes replaced. Had they not done a thorough inspection when coming out for the water heater I would have never known. They were in the condition they were in. They also did everything they could to keep any cuts into wall minimal to preserve the integrity of my original plaster walls, and as an old house lover, I really appreciated that. I will definitely use them again for other plumbing needs.

Very disappointed. I made an appointment and the day of the appointment I was informed that they would not be able to get to me. That day I had arranged work to allow for their estimate. They offered to reschedule with a $50 credit for any work. They showed up on the rescheduled day and they were very professional. However they were not stocked to accomplish the job that day as I was told to expect. I heard an excuse about supply shortages and needing a crew to do the work. After getting the quote for $3900 and getting a second quote from a competitor for $1050, I felt like they over scoped the project or are charging way too much. The other company accomplished the work in just over an hour and ultimately charged me $ 775. My $78 trip charge and my time was a waste.

Excellent company. They did the job for a fair price. They saved me over $5,000 over another companies bid.
