+ -1 moreHorrible. He took our money and never fulfilled his side of the agreement. Wouldn’t return phone calls and months later won’t even return to get his equipment he left. Stay away from this guy.

Description of Work: I bought a house that had some rat issues. Carl came out identified the issues (from crawlspace) and then set up traps that were safe and effective. He was quick and friendly and very reasonably priced. He also had great advice to keep the rats away!

+ -1 moreWe purchased a bank-owned home that had a problem with carpenter ants. Carl came out and sprayed outside. If we saw them again, we called him back at no charge. The perimeter spraying was decreasing the problem, but not getting rid of it. Carl came and sprayed inside the walls and we have not had a problem since. We have him out every other month to spray the perimeter as we live next to a green belt and want to keep them away. He is very responsive and well priced.
