Vince knew the market and and at what price point to list the house. He thought that we would get buyers into a bidding contest over our house and that we would most likely get higher than asking price, and we did! The whole team was a pleasure to work with: Julie with the pictures, Joyce walking me though the online paperwork and Irene keeping me up date on the closing process.
