 + -1 moreOverall I'm very happy with the service. We've used them 3 times now. Twice for emergency calls and once for a very much overdue maintenance/cleaning. The first time we used them, back in October 2008, our furnace had stopped producting heat. They came out within hours of our emergency call, fixed us up (replaced switch and pressure port) and only charged us $179 (for an emergency call, on a weekend, that was an absolutely amazing rate). So this time, when our furnace went out, I called them first. I got an answering machine, so went ahead and called a few other people. The estimates were a couple of hundred dollars just to come out for an emergency call on a weekend (not including diagnostics and the actual repair/parts). We had decided to wait until later in the week, when Even Flo returned our call. They were booked up that day, but came out the next day (Sunday) ahead of the expected time and had our house heating up in no time. It was a much more expensive call this time than the first time, however given the estimates from the other companies Even Flo turned out to be very reasonable. While they were out, they also gave us an estimate for a tune-up, cleaning, and we had a panel switch that was broken (auto-shutff when the panel gets removed). We had never had the furnace cleaned or tuned up in almost 12 years of use, so we went ahead and scheduled that service as well. We are very happy with Even Flo and will call on them in the future.
Description of Work: Our furnace had stopped heating (was only blowing cold air). System was tested transformer polarity reversed, Replaced failed PSI switched and cleaned inducer port. This was an emergency call

 + 1 moreOverall it was a horrible experience and the fact that they cashed our check that very same day seems very telling to me. I would never use them again or recommend them.
Description of Work: We had scheduled to have a furnace tune up and a duct cleaning. The technician spent less than five minutes looking at the furnace and reported that it needed to be replaced immediately. No further time was spent 'tuning it up'. After we stated we wanted to get a second opinion on the price and refused to sign a replacement agreement the technicial got very aggitated and extreamly aggresive. Then proceeded to charge me the $150 tune up charge even though no servicing was done. They did however clean my ducts, which cost $350 (which seemed high to me given the small number of ducts in our 1,200 sf home.

Even Flo was the only one to call back and was on the job within 2 hours. Outside temperature was 20F and it had been snowing the last week or so. Great service. Professional and personable.
