I had the pleasure of working with Haven from Dutch Pro Painting in January 2025 for an interior painting project. From the start, Haven impressed me with his attention to detail and the thoroughness with which he explained his painting process. His commitment to high-quality work is evident in the results—my space now looks completely refreshed and brand-new. Haven's communication and adaptability truly set him apart. Even when I failed to mention certain areas needing attention during the quoting process or faced delays with new items like doors for him to paint, he handled everything seamlessly. His flexibility and focus on client satisfaction made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Haven did a great job on our interior painting projects. He was responsive, timely in his actions, and did a great job. We have since hired him to paint the exterior of our house as well which we are very pleased with.

Reached out to Haven as we were scheduled to have my interior painted next week. I asked him why he had not reached out as a courtesy to let me know we were still on track. He mocked me and said he was sorry he did not give a courtesy call to give me a warm and fuzzy. Needless to say I'm not moving forward with him. He was rude and condecendy to the guy who is paying for the service. Customer service? I think not

Haven was great with providing a detailed estimate, answering all our questions, and arranging a time that fit into when we wanted the painting done. There was the added complication that we have elderly parents and were trying to manage the project for them, and Haven was very understanding of all this and works very well with older people.

Haven provided a very fair and reasonable offer, which I accepted. I did have the opportunity to view a house he had recently painted and I could see he did quality work. His prep work was very thorough; during both the prep and painting process he would clean up all debris and paint flecks each night. He took care to cover shrubbery around the house. The house looks great and the all the neighbors compliment us on the new paint. I would recommend Haven and would hire him back.

Julia came in, assessed the job, and gave me very reasonable quotes. She was very punctual and efficient, and her estimates of time required were spot on. She was very patient with me needing to reschedule several times. Her work was beautiful, and, she kept a very tidy work area the entire duration of the project. Great experience!
