The first appointment we scheduled, January 4th had to be rescheduled because Andrew was running late. The second appointment on January 30th we met and discussed some design options. At that time I gave Andrew a check for $225 to cover half the cost of the design and a follow-up appointment was set for February 22nd. This was canceled due to "cement pouring" at another site. No one called back to reschedule so after a week I called their office, spoke to a woman and scheduled a meeting for, March 12th. When Andrew didn't show up or call, I left a message at the office, indicating I would either like the design or my check returned. Several weeks went by with no response either to the phone message or an email. After returning home from a three week vacation there was no message and no check returned. I called and was told a reimbursement would be sent.

Andrew did not finish what he had promised. All the rockeries were finished but preparation for pavers were not done correctly. He did not level or remove enough dirt or correctly compact the ground. He started to install pavers but he never finished. The work was too difficult for his level of skill.
