Excellent. Andy and team were terrific to work with. I was in Seattle to coordinate the estimate, but I had to leave and be out of the state during the tree service. I coordinated with Andy through text and it's amazing. He was very responsive. BTW, they had the most competitive bid and they did all the work and did not use any subs!

I am disappointed with the lack of communication and customer focus. I had an initial quote and agreed to work with them. After a change in scope, it was like pulling teeth to get the revised bid and day of service. Since I did not hear back after several follow ups, I ended up going with another tree service as I did not get the impression they wanted my business. I was still charged for the second estimate visit. While I acknowledge the effort to come in second time, I am not impressed with their lack of customer focus and slow communication.

Beautiful job. Did exactly as I asked, left the healthy branches that went up past the cuts so the trees don't look chopped straight across. Very happy!

Since I had Dominant Tree Service cut down 5 large Australian Pine in 2013 and was very happy with their price and the work performed I again received a bid from them that couldn't be beat from two other tree service companies bids. They showed up exactly when they said they would come out to start the job. As before the crew were very professional in their work including the cleanup. They completed the job in about one hour and yes I would hire them again.

Three employees from Dominant showed up and started working promptly at 8am. They were done with all the work by 11am. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work and the cleanup. They even blew off a walkway from our front yard to the back yard. The work that was performed was thoroughly explained to us including a great explanation of the pruning of our maple tree.

Arrived on time and finished 2 trees in <4 hours. Nice and work non-stop, focused on work. I also asked them to help remove another 2 small trees since they have machine to shred the trunks, and they did with a little extra fee.

Andy is the estimator and came out promptly to walk the property with me. We've used their services for a recent job and called them back for this project. We had a few firs, maples and cottonwoods that needed maintenance - raising the canopies, trimming back clusters of water sprouts (think scary looking trees depicted on Halloween), trimming back ivy on tree bases (the ivy was encompassing most of the trees) and removing a dead tree and another that was leaning too far over. Matthew and crew came out early in the morning, verified the job details and went straight to work. I'm not even sure they took time off for lunch. They were very quick, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. No debris left on the parking lot. I'd check every so often and was impressed each time I checked. Their customer service was great at each step, from scheduling an estimate and work to actual service and clean up. I would definitely work with them again and do refer them to my friends.

Matthew showed up on time for the assessment and bid. He was detailed in his description of the work. His crew was fast and efficient. They removed and chipped all the tree limbs. We asked him to not haul the wood away. The cleanup was pretty good, but could have been a little better. I highly recommend this business.
