These guys are great! First, Alan Carson arrived on-time for the estimate and did a thorough job of documenting my existing windows. The house is ~22 years old and all the windows are double-pane vinyl casement type and have internal grids. Of course, the company that supplied the windows for my house is no longer in business and the grids are not common in my area. Alan had to do some detective work to find the matching girds before Distinctive Windows could build them. Alan kept us informed throughout the process as did the installation crew. This was a small job and I feared that no company would want to do it. Other companies I had contacted, including two in Issaquah, would not even come out to look at the job. One made a bid that was outlandishly high. The Distinctive Window price was fair. The smaller single-hung window replacement was on the second floor of our home. I replaced the casement window because I wanted to install a removable antenna feed-through panel that would work best with single-hung window. The installation crew arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally. As the seals fail on the original double-pane window in our home I will definitely call on Distinctive Windows to do the replacements
