It looks better than new - I love the look of the fabric I chose - AND they fixed the dents and scratches in the wood frame as well. Highly recommended.

 + -1 moreThey were extremely patient with my many visits and finding the right fabric. Once chosen I put the whole project out of my mind and when the chairs were completed they brought them to my home to make sure I was pleased and to see for themselves how they looked.

 + 0 moreThey were very responsive. The price included pick-up and delivery. I think they even redid part of the bottom where he said the previous job was not done quite right by anther company. I will be using them again. They have been in business a long time. I called them after frustrations with a competitor. I will be having them redo my 1930's rocking chair. Both pieces have been in our family for a long time. We really wanted to preserve them for more use.

Description of Work: I had a large family room leather chair back cushion that needed the zipper and stuffing replaced. I provided the latex rubber stuffing (one large piece that had previously been cut to order). The zipper had to be reconfigured and the stuffing cut down more. They did an excellent job. (I insisted on using the extremely firm, solid, and heavy rubber latex in order to hold up to football sized husband.) Though I didn't have anything reupholstered, I noticed their very large and excellent selection of fabrics that had me itching to reupholster something. I rated this B in price because I have nothing to compare it to here because I haven't had any other reupholstering done in the Seattle area.

 + -1 moreIt was excellent. They were all very professional. The gentleman I worked with gave me some options and had me take some fabrics home just to confirm and I had a tight scheduling and they were able to make it actually 1 day ahead so I was thrilled.

 + -1 moreDESIGN CRAFT DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON MY CHAIRS! THEY ORDERED THE FABRIC AND HAD ME BRING IN MY CHAIRS UPON RECEIPT. IT TOOK THEM LESS THAN A WEEK TO FINISH THE JOB. IT IS EXCELLENT. THEY ARE EASY TO DEAL WITH, AND DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE!
Description of Work: I HAD FOUR CAPTAIN'S CHAIRS RECOVERED/REUPHOLSTERED. THEY ALSO FIXED THE ARMS ON THE CHAIRS THAT WERE LOOSE FROM USE. I NEEDED FABRIC ORDERED FOR THE COVERING OF THE CHAIRS, AND THEY PROVIDED THIS SERVICE.
