 + -1 moreJoe & Ralph are the most competent, gracious and trustworthy HVAC specialists anyone could hire. They installed all the equipment on-time and on-budget; they stayed until all the parts were working in tandem, even leaving at 8:30 pm a few nights on their own time to make certain everything worked perfectly; and, when things didn't go well because of problems caused by other contractors (the framers hammered a nail into the HVAC control wire, then the electrician improperly spliced the damaged wire rather than running a new one), they spent inordinate amounts of time troubleshooting the work of others to make certain the correct protocols were performed and things were fixed. All this, on top of a Seattle heat wave! In summary, they did an outstanding job and I wouldn't trust my equipment with any other HVAC pros.
Description of Work: Installed four new Mitsubishi ductless heat pump units and a new efficient furnace during a major home remodel.

Description of Work: Checked the furnace and drain the hot water heater and make sure everything is workable & replaced thermostat & repaired small gas leak.
