The came out the same day and did a fantastic job. One of the power wire was frayed that needed to be reconnected.

It was a prepaid maintenance. I've used them many times.

It's been at least eight years or maybe more that I've used them and I haven't used anyone else. I would give them an A, or I wouldn't have called them back. Their price is a little higher than some. They're honest and they're trustworthy. They use the best parts and the best techniques to accomplish what they need to do. The workers are good.

This was not the cheapest company I spoke to, but they asked more questions about the installation than any of the others and showed me they were thorough and thinking about the "whole house" picture, not just this gas appliance. Having just recently (for other work) experienced difficulty when the person giving the quote was not the installer, I appreciated that the plumber/installer doing the work gave the quote. That way they knew all the previous discussions about the quirks in this job - and there were several. Also, it built in accuracy and accountability to the quote. Very professional and courteous.

They came into my house and fixed a little bit the float. The sump pump worked properly again. Now in the middle of storm the sump pump does not work properly. I am disappointed and will not suggest Day & Nite Plumbing for sump pump job.

they were unable to do a tune up on a fuel oil furnace

David and Randy did an absolutely amazing job with the gas line replacement and scoping my sewer. They took the time to explain exactly what they were planning to do and why and gave me options, and David's estimate was very clear and detailed. It took longer than expected to get the gas inspected (not anything Day & Nite had control over) but Randy stayed in touch with me and came right back out to get the final hookups done as soon as I got the inspector's OK. I included a photo of Randy's gas line work (connection to existing line) - it is absolutely beautiful. I had such a great experience with Day & Nite that I'm going to have them help me further on plumbing on my remodel. Highly recommended!

Out of the entire visit, the only negative thing was that they were scheduled from 4 PM to 6 PM but had to reschedule for the next day. Not a big problem except that it was after 4 PM when they called. The next day, they arrived on time. They made it clear about the flat fee for simply looking at the job. They assessed the issue and gave an accurate estimate. They covered up their shoes and were respectful of our house. They explained everything that they saw and kept us informed about what they found.

Marty was punctual, diagnosed & explained the problems, and offered several options to resolve them. The installation and repairs were completed quickly and professionally with no mess. Everything works fine now. It was a little more expensive than I'd hoped it would be, but such is life.

They did a fantastic job - came out on time, and was very friendly. Did a tune up of our furnace, and let us know about some quick and easy fixes. I would definitely use them again!

The technicians found the control board burned up on fan relay causing blower to not operate. Replaced control board and furnace operates normally.

Have used this same company in the past as well - all experiences/services have been excellent. Most recent service call was regarding a sewer line blockage. After calling the company, they sent someone out right away to remedy the problem. Their staff are all courteous, helpful and knowledge. Highly recommend this company!

The technician, Todd, quickly installed the new branch line and was very professional. He went out of his way to ensure I knew what my options were and what the best way of solving my problem was.

I wasn't happy with him. He came in the door and I told him that I had gotten him through Angie's List and he didn't know who Angie's List was and he didn't know anything about the $69 that he had charged on my credit card. So I was disappointed in that plus then he told me something that I know isn't true because I already checked that out. My furnace was running just fine but I wanted it serviced because I always have it serviced before it gets cold. He said he checked everything out supposedly and he said that half of my furnace wasn't working, so then he went outside and made a phone call and he came back again and he said that his supervisor had told him that this furnace I had was fine and that he wanted $440 to fix it and I said no. And then he said, well my supervisor tells me that it's okay because you don't have that much floor space. I only have one furnace and one furnace is just one piece of equipment, so I know that he wasn't telling me the truth. So he sat down on the floor and he had a calculator or pad and he drew all the things out then he said that I owed him $49. So I wrote him a check and gave it to him to get rid of him and then he said he would send me a copy of what he had sat down taken on his pad but I never got a copy, so I just wasn't happy with him at all. I didn't trust him and besides that we were having problems with the phone and we were having problems with the electricity. I don't think he should charge something after I was under the impression that the $69 was to service the furnace and I could understand if there was really something wrong with the furnace but from what he said it couldn't happen. With responsiveness from the time I called the next day he was here. I don't really think he knew much about what he was doing because he kept running outside and making phone calls when it was cold and the wind was blowing and the heat was off and I couldn't tell who he was talking to.

Tyler, the technician, called me ahead and he showed up on time. Tyler communicated well with me and explained in details what he did.

They were professional and did a good job.

They came to us. They are impressive and are very honest and accurate. They quote me something and then it does not change. They are very quick. We also had them briefly work on our sink. You know how plumbing services are expensive by the hour; they finished up in half an hour so that we could be charged as little as possible. They are the best price that we found and their quality of work was excellent. Their responsiveness and punctuality was also great. They were always there exactly on time and were as fast as possible, as well. They did great on professionalism. Their price was reasonable.

We had already internet ordered a disposal. Plumber found this wrong size, looked on his truck and tried another - also wrong size, Found a 3rd disposal , right size and installed. Took 2 hours and 15 minutes form arrival to leaving. We refused application of chemical to keep drains clean as we already had it and used it. Price included $39 trip fee per hour. We called installer who referred us to manager. After many messages, someone called who said we needed to talk to a different person, the office manager. Took a few requests and messages to reach him. We asked why labor cost so high as disposal itself cost just under $200. We thought $250 + per hour too high. He said they changed prices so now price by unit of type of work and that was the usual charge for installing a disposal. Pointed out this a routine, ordinary job for plumber so why so much per hour. I then received long tirade about how I didn't understand how business finances work, eg, paying for benefits, overhead, etc. I said we had used his company for 30 years, paid $1000's of dollars for services - as when main line broke or water heater broke and flooded, etc- but never had been charged nearly so much for labor. He said installer had reused a piece of pipe instead of company custom of using new piece and that we would get some small refund - not sure what. We never received any refund or further explanation.

They have been excellent. I have used them several times and I have always been pleased with their response and with their work. They are very honest and their response time is good. I am not aware of other people's prices.

They do a good job. They're fast usually, and all their people are licensed plumbers.

We used them all the time and they are really high. They were really good earlier and then they became too big. They used to send us a different guy every time and the work would not be finished. They would then send someone else out and then charge us for it. I always got the feeling that they were not trustworthy. Their plumbers were under pressure to sell stuff. It was more money every time and things still wouldn’t work. They were here when they said they would be but they would never fix the problem the first time. I had talked to other people and they had problems with them too. We will never call them again.
