CRYSTAL CLEAR WINDOW MAINTENANCE SERVICE

Overall, it was fine but very expensive for what they ended up doing. They spent ~10 minutes cleaning the gutters around our home. I'm sure they covered everything but there just was not a lot of debris in the gutters (we don't have many trees around/over the house). Because I was curious, I asked to see what they collected - it was less than a third of 1 bucket of debris. I give the price a D because for that little amount of time I wish I had not been charged as much as $150. I did agree to their estimated price of $150 but I wish that they could have taken some of that off for an extremely fast job. I'm sure some of that $ is spent on commute but also probably accounts for a job that takes more than 10 minutes.

It is like an old picture window where you have to take the window out to clean between the glass. I was mainly getting it cleaned because there was a whole lot of moisture between the windows. When they were done I noticed there was still dirt and moisture in the window. The owner came back out and cleaned the window further. When he went to put the window back in it cracked. He said that the window must have been already cracked and he refused to admit liability. After a lot of arguing he agreed to pay half. I then decided if he was going to be so difficult to work with that I'd rather just take care of it myself. I was not happy with him at all and I do not think he is very professional.
