I would use his painting company anytime I need work done.

They did a great job, very punctual, friendly and courteous and cleaned everything up after each day's work. One side of the house was pretty bad and needed some extra preparation before painting. The job lead wasn't satisfied with the initial result and had the crew re-work it (I never would have noticed the difference). Overall very good experience. They take pride in their work.

While I think CertaPro may be a good company, I didn’t have the best experience. The job was estimated to take 4-5 days, but ended up taking 17. This was disappointing, and there weren’t any weather related issues that would have lengthened the project. I think the results of their work are ok, but I don’t think the crew who helped was very experienced. There was one older gentleman, and two younger guys that he seemed to be training. I think my three-story home was too big for them to learn their trade on. For example, they got paint on my deck. Unfortunately, the product they used to remove the paint spatters left numerous (20-30) stains. Also, there is paint spatter on my windows and some trim work. Overall, I think they could have done a much better job with their preparation work and execution. I do want to mention that the owner was willing to negotiate 10% off of the final price. However, that doesn’t remove the stains from my deck. At the end of the day, I think they wrong crew was chosen for my home.

They came and painted and all looks good.

Professional from start to finish, there are not that many companies that you can say that about. They were reasonably-priced and we're really happy with the quality of the paint job. We have recommended them to several of our neighbors.

The whole experience was very professional. They completed the project in a timely manner, and I was really happy with their results.

I think they did a really good job with their estimate presentation. It really impressed me. The only reason I didn’t hire them was because another company was recommended to me by a friend. That being said, I think CertaPro would be a good option for others. They were very professional, and I liked how well they followed-up with me. I do want to mention that I referred them to my niece. She did hire them for work, and I thought the results were great.

They were very conscientious, and they provided me with a lot of great follow-up. I thought they were very prompt, and it was clear to me that they were interested in my business. However, I didn’t hire them for the work.

The experience went really well overall. The technicians did everything that they said they would do, cleaned up afterwards, and did a great job. They were reasonably-priced and used good-quality paint. We’re really happy with the outcome and have recommended them.

We’re quite happy with their work. I liked the price, which was the best out of three quotes that I had gotten, and the work was good. I would certainly recommend them to anybody.

They did a great job. Any problems we found at all, they were incredibly responsive with taking care of those problems. They were able to work around the weather, which wasn’t ideal for painting. I’m happy with their services.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for $249.00 and decided to have the master bedroom painted. Mark came out to have a look at the room and we scheduled a date for the painters to come. I had purchased my own Sherwin Williams paint and primer (I had a few water spots on the walls from drippy window sills). The painters showed up on time and were very quick and very professional. They did an impeccable job. Mark followed up to make sure that we were happy. From beginning to end this was an A+ experience. I would recommend CertaPro Painters and use them again in the future.

I was very pleased with the whole process. The owner, Mark, came to the house to do the estimate. He had a big notebook detailing the kinds of paint, what their service entails, and examples of references and pictures from previous jobs. He took pictures of the outside of my house, walking around the entire perimeter. He prepared the estimate right there and printed it out from somewhere in his vehicle. The estimate had everything they would do in detail and what I needed to do, like keeping shrubs from touching the house, and which ones. It also included free color design service with an interior designer if I wanted it, but I didn't since I already had my colors picked out. Several days later I decided to go with them and contacted Mark by email. I then faxed him the signed estimate. He contacted me the day before his crew would be there to pressure wash. The crew lead told me when they would start painting. He left his contact info in case I had questions, since I would be at work while they were there painting. The painting only took a couple days. They did a great job. The piece of siding was replaced. At the walk-through with the crew lead, I showed him a spot where the tape made a mark on one of the window's trim. He fixed it that day. They also came back the next day to fix my house number. The 9 was nailed onto the siding upside down as a 6, but I didn't even notice, so I'm glad they caught it. I would definitely hire them again. They cleaned up after themselves too.

They were professional. They followed through things in a timely manner. They did a good job. I had couple of issues after the job was done. I called them and they came out right away. I would use them in the future.

Only the most distressed areas were pressure washed, filled, primed and painted with 2 coats of high quality paint. They matched the color perfectly. The flowers and apple tree were not harmed. They had a big crew and finished the project in a day, coming back only to put the weather stripping back on a door frame. We are pleased with the job and can continue doing the house piece-meal, so we can afford it. My only problem that by doing it this way, i couldn't change the color of the house. But that's okay.

Certapro's painters showed up on time and completed the job quickly. Due to the color selected it required another coat to make the job perfect. There was no additionally charge for that. After the job was completed the area was totally cleaned up. No paint drips or smudges. I would definitely use Certapro again.

I didn't do the work. They were nice guys and they came to my home and gave me a quote. The estimate was free. I might use them in the future but I decided not to do the work at this time. They were very responsive.

First of all, I'm a very picky engineer by trade. I rarely give top ratings to anyone. Overall, I would recommend getting a bid from them - they do good work. As with all painters, make sure you specify that you want the leftover paint , get the receipts for paint (with their prices blacked out), and watch them while they work, to make sure the painter has read and is following the contract. Be very precise with the "what's included" and whats exclude" list. Also, make sure they wait the recommended time between coats. Our contract was for two coats, sprayed on and "applied with back-brushing and back-rolling" which we knew meant more labor and a higher price. They prepped and pressure washed and cleaned up pretty well. They started the actual painting several days later by 2:00 pm. We stepped out around 2:30 to see what they were doing and they were not back-brushing. The painter said they don't do that (which, as it turns out, was the correct answer - back-brushing was not needed on our siding since in had been painted many times and had a semi-glossy surface - the brushing took paint off). We called the main person, Mark. After some communication between Mark and the painter, Jose, and they had to call more people to do the back-brushing - which they still only did slightly. They finished the siding on the whole house - two coats (supposedly) and were cleaned up and out of there 5 hours after starting the actual painting. The did the trim later. There were one to a five hairline white streaks showing through the new light green paint (only visible in the morning light) on over 60 percent of the boards on one side of the house and the sheen and color was uneven on most of the house. It looked great in the evening light though, but, we had a painter come out and a housing inspector and they both agreed that it needed more paint. There were inconsistencies with the number of gallons used and the coverage they were getting. After some discussions involving the BBB, they did come back and do another coat of paint on the siding of the house and the outbuildings- Just spraying this time, per our request. Through all this, they were never disrespectful and they cleaned up very well. The end result was a very well painted house. Even with all the hassle, I do recommend you get a quote from them, and whoever you go with, monitor the paint usage, and the techniques agreed upon (don't pay for back-brushing if you don't need it), and ensure they wait enough time between coats (it should have been 4 hours in our case).

Iwas very pleased with the service I received from CertaPro. Mark Herring and the project lead, Jose, were both very professional and responsive. Whenever I had a concern or question they addressed it immediately.I felt they put together the right proposal to address the true issues for painting my house. In particular, our house was built in 1964 and had pretty rustic siding with lots of knots, etc. They addressed this by both spraying and doing back-fill with brushes. We also had trouble selecting a color and they were very flexible with our painting schedule until we could make a decision. Finally, our house needed some repairs and updates to the fascia. We had rotten boards and we wanted to completely replace our ugly 1960s gingerbread fascia with a more modern look. The CertaPro team also took care of this update for us, thereby removing one of the largest barriers we'd had to finally get our house painted. Overall a very worry-free, positive experience.

The experience was great---The crew foreman let me know in advance what time they would arrive and they were always punctual. At the end of the work day he recapped what they had done and what to expect the next day. He was great about asking for feedback and if I had any concerns. I never felt it was an imposition to ask questions. The bid proposal was also a great experience in that a lot of time and care was taken to make sure all my needs were addressed. Photographs were even included in the proposal to make sure the specific areas I wanted to focus on were not forgotten. Everything was smooth from beginning to end.

When I called to schedule the estimate, I was called back the same day and Mark Herring came to do the estimate the following day. The quick turnaround was great. Mark was organized and knowledgeable but not pushy or salesy. He provided referral information at the time of the estimate so I could start making calls. I got 4 other estimates and none of the others were as organized and timely. I was planning a couple other home projects and Certapro was great about working around my schedule. They came to pressure wash and then did the paint job in 2 days. Manuel was the site supervisor and he and the team were great. They answered my questions, helped me decided which trim to paint and were very flexible when I was coming and going during the job. They asked if they could work late to get the job done while we were having good weather. They wanted to understand what was important to me so they could make sure to meet my expectations. It was an overall great experience. I would highly recommend them.

Mark's Staff was very prompt, efficient , professional and courteous ! They also respected our home. We wished that we would have discovered this company sooner. They will be the first ones we call for another painting project.

The crew came promptly each day to paint a large portion of the interior of our home. They were friendly and professional and open to communication! Mark was very professional and also kept the lines of communication open throughout the project! I would certainly recommend this company to other people.
