It is fine. It worked out fine. there were no problems. The rest looks good so I didn?t have them paint that. I had some issues with the door and they came back and fixed it so I am a happy camper.

It was an excellent job. They were very patient with my busy schedule, worked quickly and thoroughly, and provided expert opinions about the painting.

I had previously called CertaPro for an estimate on an exterior job. Mark was able to come out a couple days later. Then I called him back to get an estimate for an interior job for a condo we recently purchased. Again, he was able to come and look at the job right away. Mark is prompt and very professional. He came and looked at the condo and I received an estimate that evening. Price looked reasonable and he was able to start the job the following Monday. The crew was great, clean and friendly. They did an excellent job of covering some dark paint in a bedroom as well. They showed up on time and finished up when they said they would. They also repaired some drywall holes.

Our overall expience with Certa Pro of Lynnwood was Excellent. On a Saturday we called Certa Pro, Mark Herring was quick to meet with us and give us an estimate. Mark was more professional than any of the other painters we had received quotes from, and his quote was very reasonalbe. The bid also include up to 3 different colors, where the other painters charge extra for each extra color. Once decided to hire Certa Pro, Mark worked closely with us to set up a meeting with an interior designer to help us chose some colors. The designer helped us narrow down our color choices and then Mark arranged for us to pick up some free samples to try. Once we had picked out our paint colors Mark work closely with us scheduled the painters around our busy schedules. We wanted our house painted before Thanksgiving and Mark made it happen. The painters showed up that week and complete the job in only 3 days! The paint crew was very professional, and very hard working. Each day they moved the furniture around and at the end of the day things were put back to where they were. The paint job looks great and we could not be happier with our decision to hire Mark and his Certa Pro crew.

Great service, attention to detail, and fantastic results. Mark came to our home and provided a very detailed and thorough estimate of the areas that needed painting. He told us about this great environmentally friendly paint that had no smell. A color designer came to help us choose colors, which was a great extra service that we didn't expect. The painting experience was top notch. They came on time, worked quickly and got the job done super fast. Clean up was fantastic. We would absolutely use them again!

Mark Herring showed up promptly for the estimate appointment. As a professional salesperson myself, I notice the details that made a difference for me. Mark was attired in professional clothing with the CertaPro logos. His truck was also identified. Mark listened attentively and offered suggestions on paint type and quality. I was impressed that a professional estimate was generated in my kitchen with professional literature and a detailed quotation. Mark explained the process clearly and we discussed several levels of quality on paints and different paint manufacturers. SEVERAL things put me "over the top" in the quotation - a two year labor guarantee and no payment due until the job was complete. A discount was offered for cash. And, BONUS, as a guy with no sense of color, Mark offered one hour of decorator consultation time free with a choice of one of two decorators. The decorator and I stood in the street and compared colors with the other homes so it fit in with the neighborhood decor without being dated back to 1988. UPDATE: a neighbor at the cul-de-sac Christmas party today complimented me on the color. Yes!!! Manuel, the job foreman, called to begin the pressure washing when weather permitted. His crew arrived on time and the job was completed the same day. Any debris was cleaned up. Now to wait a few days for the home to dry enough to paint. Again, weather permitting (this was at a time of year where we were running out of "paint days", so getting the job in "under the wire" was critical), Manuel called and alerted me to the crew's arriving to begin the painting. The crew arrived on time with 4 or 5 members and they were everywhere at once. Manual himself was painting the front door and directing the crew on the base and trim work to be done. The job took less than two days!!! Talk about painless! This is a two-story home, so they were up on the second floor painting gutters and trim and painting the trellis in the back yard. The paint was very low-odor so not as offensive as I've had in the past. The paint is applied with airless sprayer, back-rolled and re-sprayed, so two coats were applied. The "satin" finish recommended by Mark looks very "sharp" (and without the shine of a semi-gloss) and it appears to be able to ward off the mildew that is so prevalent here in the Great Northwet, especially on the north side of the home. I feel it should clean very easily as opposed to a flat paint finish. The cap on the chimney was also repaired. When the job was complete, Manual alerted Mark who came himself and inspected the finished job. He directed the crew to a few spots he notice with his practiced eye because I hadn't noticed them myself. I couldn't find a drop of paint out of place and the job was cleaned up completely. I was still sort of waiting for another shoe to drop. This couldn't have been done that soon. But a 4 or 5 person crew made short work of the two-story home. I'm very satisfied and will definitely recommend Lynnwood CertaPro Painters, and especially Mark Herring, to anyone who asks.

The initial consultation and scope of work went well. The actual work was not fully up to our expectation: the master bathroom ceiling was painted without removing the bulge of previous paint induced by water leak. Although unable to recall the specifics, sales person did not pass on the full specification to the painter. The painter said, "he didn't tell us that." On the positive side, they were able to meet tight schedule.
