It went great! They replaced two rotting decks and porches with beautiful new ones, replaced some rotting siding, sanded and repainted our entry porch, cleaned the roof and added gutter filters, and removed berry vines and overgrowth from our half acre yard. Our projects were completed in a timely manner and to our great satisfaction. We would recommend them highly and would definitely hire them again.

We hired Edgar for a project on our back deck which is located above our garage. We had suspected water damage but could not see any ourselves. Edgar’s team was able to find where the water was entering the structure in two locations. They were great at explaining what the problem was and showing us the structural issues. We felt confident moving forward understanding what the problem areas were. Edgar sent regular text updates with photos of their progress. We were really impressed with how thorough and detail oriented they were especially when it came time to redo the waterproofing. They went above and beyond in ensuring the water issues would not reappear for us later on. We were so happy with their work that we hired them again for a second project of installing trex on our front stairs. We had known that a couple steps were a little loose but we hadn’t realized that some of the screws that connected the staircase to the support beams had stripped completely out. One of the landings was sagging by over an inch on one side due to the compromised structural integrity. Edgar’s team did an excellent job securing the structural issues and the trex looks amazing! Edgar and his team are very kind, conscientious, and detail oriented in completing high quality work. They will be our go-to contractors for any future house projects!
