Evolve and adjust as we grow.... Having that peace of mind is paramount. Worth every penny. Its not that you cant afford it, but rather how you can you afford to loose your business due to trying to figure accounting on your own. Money (important lost revenue) leaks all over the place. Thus far its amazing what they can do! All you have to do is focus on your clients (Repeat customers)! Cha-ching! Much appreciated!

+ -1 moreThis is the worst company I have ever worked with. All of my expectations we missed by a long shot. After 10 months of hair pulling, teeth grinding, and $1K's of dollars, we still never had a clean QB file, nor was it ever up to date. We made the switch last November and have been so happy with our new provider. Not only is it cheaper, but this company actually balances our books, answers phone calls, and is accountable for their actions. Do not use this company if you value your time, money, or companies future. They go by multiple names, probably because they soiled their name so much they had too.
Description of Work: They were supposed to do our book keeping for us, but after 10 months I can assure you, all they did was take our money.

Description of Work: Randal and Sharie handle all my accounting and do a magnificent job. They specialize in doing accounting for Contractors and have been able to offer assistance for me in handling other business matters too. Having been in the trades previously they know what I am going through and I'm able to lean on their experience at times in my business decision making. Originally I tried to handle some of my books and eventually I found it easier and more profitable for the business to have them handle everything from entering receipts into QuickBooks to doing my Quarterlies.
