Description of Work: I purchased carpet for my home in Georgia, and had sent to me by freight. Since I did not purchase the carpet from a carpet store in WA., the carpet stores, all of them would not tell me who there carpet installers were. I called the yellow pages and references from people and every person wanted way more money because the carpet I purchased was a 90 ounce carpet, very dense and harder to install because of the quality and of course they all wanted way more money. My husband just had back surgery and we couldn't lift anything. MY husband was the actual person that found these contractors. Brad came to my house and gave me a good estimate and was very professional, and I admitt I was tuff, asking many questions, and I liked his answers, everything positive. For one thing my furniture hasn't been moved in 24 years and my closets are plum full and I had a huge job ahead of me in just the part that I had to do. They were fast, professional, on time, always answered the phone, and did everything I wanted and then some. When they even came to the heavy heavy furniture like piano, ect. they said no problem. I knew I wanted them before they even left my house. I had several quotes, "if I lift one piece of furniture $30.00", the other installers told me. That was going to cost me as much as putting the carpet down, for my husband has back surgery and no lifting. I have to say my carpet is beautiful and top quality job and I am so pleased with the work that they have done for me. They actually deserved more money! What can I say I am pleased! Oh and another thing, one roll of pad was lost in freight and they went back to the freight company to get the lost roll which was freights fault. They also picked up the whole shipment in Kent and all the way to my house in Monroe. I was lucky when I my husband found them!
