When I went in, there was a slight discount of 20% off, but when I asked what will happen to everything if it doesn't sell they said they would just take it to their other store. I don't appreciate being lied to to make me go in their store. There was no liquidation happening, no major discounts that were indicated by all the signage and people waving signs on the streets. I felt they falsely advertised their situation to get people in. The quality is fine, just not the discounts they advertised.

We are satisfied with the delivery. They did it the day after Christmas.

We spent $9000 on all the furniture. The salesperson was nice. In general, the quality of the stuff is ok, I would not say it is really high end stuff. The coffee tables are made in China and on the sofa the feathers would poke us through the cover. I am not super impressed. They look nice but the feathers poke out. We had an issue with a chair and that took forever to resolve. I would probably try other companies the next time.

Probably one of the better shopping experiences we had as the salespeople were helpful and informative rather than pushy. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and seemed knowledgeable on the couple of trips we made to the store while shopping for furniture. While their prices might be higher than some, I gave them and "A" as I think it's also of higher quality, so when considering that, it's priced fairly in my opinion.

Nicky from Bassett Furniture Direct Company decorated my living room and it looks beautiful now. Nicky and I connected really well, personally. She came to my house first and then I went to her store. We selected the upholstery. The store also had furniture samples that one can pick from. I picked a rug and some furniture that I liked and got it custom made for our living room. I would use her again in the future.

We were very impressed with the professional manner in which we were treated. We showed up at the store 30 minutes before closing time, but our sales person never made us feel rushed. She was very informative but NOT pushy, which is a turn off for both my husband and myself, but answered our questions thoroughly. She left us alone to make the decision and was even willing to let us sit on the order for a couple of days to think about it. We were told the bed would be delivered in 4-6 weeks and it came in 2 and 1/2 ! We received a call to decide on a date. Then the day before delivery, a woman from the store called to tell us a piece of the bed was delivered with a manufacture defect in it and that they would still be delivering the bed, but a new part would arrive in 2-4 weeks. This part would not affect the set up of the bed, it was just not up to their standards. When it was delivered the next day, it was only a minor crack on the end of one of the post. I could barely see it. I was impressed that they still wanted to replace it, so, of course, we'll let them. I was over all pleased with the promptness of delivery, the courtesy of all we talked to, and the quality of the furniture for the price. It's a beautiful canopy bed worth every penny!

This was a great experience. There was no pressure to buy or to make decisions quickly, it felt more like visiting with friends than negotiating a sale. Dee and Nicole are great customer advocates. We got what we needed and feel like we received a good value for our money.

SHE VISITED WITH US BRIEFLY TO LEARN ABOUT OUR STYLE PREFERENCES AND OUR FURNITURE NEEDS, THEN WHIPPED UP SEVERAL OPTIONS FOR US TO CHOOSE FROM. JOY IS THE BEST!
