Description of Work: Last year they installed a new furnace, since then have performed checkup inspection and filter replacement. They have been professional, friendly and timely. I would definitely recommend them.

I was not aware there was a summer fan on the machine and they advised I should turn this on during the summer months to keep the air flowing and the ducts from collecting sediment, this way it keeps them cleaned out. My only complaint is that the service coordinators do not stay in touch about service requests; instead, I need to call them multiple times to schedule.

Description of Work: Old furnace stopped working, they came out and took a look on a weekend and recommended a new one as the old one was pretty much at the end of life, 25 years old. | |I agreed to go with the new furnace. They scheduled it and came out to install the new furnace. They were out of stock of the furnace that they were going to replace with but gave me an upgraded one free of charge. Installation was good and professional. Came out for a follow up to make sure installation was done properly and furnace was working as expected.
