We were very pleased with BNG's work. Brandon Jones, the representative, did a very thorough job when he came for the estimate. He was punctual, responsive, and gave us several options to choose from. He did not try to sell us the most expensive furnace but rather helped us to figure out what was best for our 1908 house. The company is great!

The sales rep did a very thorough estimate, actually taking measurements of all the rooms to make sure we'd have an appropriate size unit for our home. Went over all the details and gave me several options. Provided three estimates: to replace the furnace with a medium or high efficiency furnace, or to replace it with a furnace and heat pump. We would have gone with their company except for the fact that we got a great deal with another company (a $1000 credit). BNGS actually mentioned something to us about a rebate with PSE that no other company mentioned.

Technician was friendly, efficient and I felt confident that he did a thorough job. Recommended duct cleaning but wasn't pushy. Reconnected a timing device at no charge which was very nice. Great experience from start to finish.

These folks have kept my heater humming for the last ten years (yearly maintenance, vent cleaning, repairs, etc.) They are reliable, effective, and reasonably priced. The installation of the water heater was uneventful and it's performed well thus far (3 weeks). This is a dependable company that does great work. When they fix something, it stays fixed.

I can't say enough good about these folks. I chose them solely on my neighbor's recommendation, during a cold spell last winter when I thought my furnace had died. The first positive was when their repairman found a problem with my thermostat and told me that I didn't even need to replace the furnace!. But I did anyway, because I knew it was nearing the end of its life. The sales pitch was totally low pressure, the installation was flawless, and the follow-up was great. Wonderful customer service! The price was also really reasonable. With the cash discount and the energy-savings rebate, I'm paying only slightly more than I paid for my last furnace 20 years ago.

They were willing to do the job, but said the other guy would do it for half as much. They didn't want any complaints on Angie's List or Micronews!!! They even sent us a letter officially turning down the job with the name of the guy they recommend. They were very professional. I also called them to service an old gas boiler system, and again they recommended someone else that they had confidence in.

I'm selling my house and had Ballard Natural Gas Service look at my furnace before putting my house on the market. Even though the prognosis for my furnace wasn't good, Ballard Natural Gas was very prompt, professional and courteous. They explained exactly what was wrong with my furnace and took several pictures.

The technician was friendly, thorough & answered all general questions we had about the furnace. However, when I scheduled the appointment, I specifically asked that we be given an estimate for adding an electrostatic air cleaner. I was told that was no problem. The technician left a single-page flyer of one unit and told us to call the office to schedule an estimate. I called the office to express my frustration about not being given an estimate and being asked to schedule another appointment. The office staff was confused over my complaint and it took a lot of explaining, to 2 different people, for them to understand the problem. I was given a rough price over the phone but was told for more info I had to schedule an estimate. I declined to make another appointment. They just didn't seem to get that I wasn't given the information promised during the initial visit. I may hire them again to service my furnace but I'll look somewhere else for the air cleaner.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. CHRIS WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. HE HAD TO BACK A GIANT TRUCK IN OUR DRIVEWAY TO GET THE HOSE THROUGH A BASEMENT WINDOW TO THE FURNACE, AND HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND BY 1. MOVING MY CAR OUT OF THE WAY FOR ME BECAUSE I HAD MY NEWBORN IN MY ARMS, AND 2. REMOVING NAILS FROM THE FRAME OF THE WINDOW SO HE COULD ACTUALLY OPEN IT TO GET THE HOSE THROUGH. I HAVE NO GOOD WAY TO EVALUATE HOW CLEAN HE WAS ABLE TO GET THE DUCTS, BUT HE WAS HERE FOR ABOUT 2.5 HOURS AND I THINK PROBABLY DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB.

THEY HAVE DONE A LOT OF WORK FOR US AND IT IS ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL, FAIRLY PRICED AND OF GOOD QUALITY. THEY ARE TIMELY IN THEIR SERVICE AND TIDY WITH THE CLEAN UP.

THIS IS A LOCALLLY OWNED COMPANY AND THEIR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND THEIR WORKMANSHIP HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND SEEM GENUINELY INTERESTED IN SOLVING PROBLEMS.

WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN THE BIGGEST HASSLE AND INCONVENIENCE BECAME A MANAGEABLE AND BARELY DISRUPTIVE EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL AND PROMPT IN THEIR SERVICE.

BALLARD DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON THIS WORK. THE CUTS IN THE CEILING WERE MINIMAL AND NEATLY DONE AND THE VALVE WAS INSTALLED IN A TIGHT SPOT IN THE KITCHEN. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND WE'VE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE RESULT.

I'VE ALWAYS USED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THE PAST OWNERS DID AND THE COMPANY HAS A GOOD REPUTATION. BALLARD N.G. SERVICE IS BOTH RELIABLE AND THOROUGH AND I DON'T FEEL LIKE I'M INVITING A TOTAL STRANGER INTO MY HOUSE.

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY. THEY RESPOND VERY QUICKLY. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. THEY ARE CAREFUL ABOUT NOT DISTURBING TENANTS.

THE SERVICE MAN WAS POLITE AND VERY EFFICIENT. CLEANED BURNERS, TOOK CO AND OHM READINGS FOR SAFETY. HE CHECK FURANCE TO ENSURE PROPER OPERATION AFTER HIS WORK. CLEANED UP THE WORK AREA AFTER HE WAS FINISHED.
