 + 0 moreVery well. He had to order the cap and install it after the house went through escrow, and was done to my and the new owner's satisfaction.
Description of Work: This home was being sold. The work done was to satisfy the inspection report. He cleaned out the chimney and replaced a cap on top of the chimney. All work done was in a professional manner and done to specs.

 + -1 moreTechnician was friendly, punctual, and took extraordinary steps to keep the area in our living room clean while he worked. He was familiar with our type of insert. The work was quickly and carefully done. He answered all questions, and made suggestions for using our insert this winter. Very professional!
Description of Work: Cleaned fireplace insert chimney and firebox. Did a thorough inspection.
