EXCELLENT care right from the first phone call with Vickiâ ¦ office manager! She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and got me scheduled within a few days( other places were at least a 30 day wait) Guys came outright on schedule, explained everything to me and were done right on scheduleâ ¦. the ceilings looked amazing, rooms were clean and even vacuumed!! The bid came almost instantly and I was on their schedule within two weeks. Guys were nice and told me what i could expect. Slab looks clean and bright now, no more crumbling old tiles!

Crew left a considerable amount of dust, residue, and pieces of the popcorn ceiling behind. I called and complained and they returned that day to clean up after themselves. The end result was satisfactory.

The report was not very descriptive or clear about the samples

The man that came and took the samples left the dust from where he cut the samples on the carpet. He said I could vacuum it up. I was not pleased, my son was not pleased. it turned out that the samples do have asbestos. I did not vacuum the dust rather, I placed wet towels over it.

This was a last minute job for me and this company bent over backwards to come as quickly as they could and give results on the same day. I really appreciate Sam's willingness to find a way to help me out.
