Description of Work: I called on a Monday and got an appt. for Friday. He was on time for the time range specified. I had him do a house we were going to sell that day and my house. He was able to do both homes and they both look great! He is very personable and easy to talk to and does a good job as well.

Description of Work: Have had this company for five years. USED to be really good but last couple of times the quality of the window cleaning has not been as good. Dan's assistant doing the outside needs to be told to wipe off the sills, not to leave them dirty. Makes for a bad appearance. Dan usually does the inside and takes off his shoes! Not this time, He walked on wet, freshly cut grass, then came inside on just vacuumed carpeting and hardwood floors and tracked everywhere. He offered and did some cleaning and I did the rest. He gave me a little labor discount! After inspection of the windows I found several of them streaked although he did wipe off the sills on the inside. He did some other work that I am satisfied with but for the amount I spent overall and considering I am a more than five year customer I am not a happy camper!Work performed, Window cleaning, gutter cleaning and sealed some corners, moss control sprayed on part of the roof.

+ 0 moreEric did an excellent job and was prompt and personable. We opted not to pressure wash the roof, but to apply an antimoss treatment which should kill and remove moss after a good rain. So far, so good, but I'm confident they will back their work if the moss isn't eliminated. We have used A Perfect Shine before and have been very satisfied.
Description of Work: Washed all windows - inside and out; cleaned gutters and applied a moss treatment to the roof.

+ -1 moreGreat service! He needed to return to pick up a tool and when he did, he offered to blow some additional debris off the roof and also spent time giving me some tips on how to prevent moss growth on the roof as well as how to try to keep the gutters clean. Great customer service!

+ -1 moreDan scheduled the work the same week I called, and he showed up on time. He was polite and gave us some very helpful advice about installing gutter guards ourselves to prevent debris from clogging the gutters. We would use A Perfect Shine again.
