They are prompt and do the spray as requested.

We've been fortunate to have had Watcom Lawns help us take care of our property for nearly four years. Everything Steve and his team does is done with care and professionalism. From grub control early in the year, to all the things we ask of them, from small tasks to some challenging ones, they always excel. Over these years they have turned flower beds of weeds into beautiful landscapes. They have edged large bed areas and a long driveway, transplanted shrubs, planted trees, etc. During all this, we feel like they care about our property nearly as much as we do. We always plan to "have a Whatcom lawn".

They showed up on time and did a good job. The guys we worked with were professional and courteous.

They were good and did everything I asked. They were easy to deal with and we were pleased.

I have recommended them to others. They clean up everything when finished. The owner, Steve, is very good to work with. He has responded to all my questions. He does an initial walk around before any work is started.

They are excellent at their service, especially customer service. Their rates are reasonable and they are very thorough. The owner comes out and assesses your lawn and discusses your options. He is very knowledgeable. They also do the work quickly.

The work was done completely, in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I also hired them to spray my property for weeds in the Fall and Spring and have been very satisfied.

Called the company and set a time for an estimate. They came on time, gave an estimate and when we contacted them and set a time for the spraying they were here as scheduled and did the work.

Even though my lawn was new it looking somewhat unhealthy in certain areas. Growth was sparse in some areas and in other areas there were a lot of weeds. I called Whatcom Lawns and they scheduled an appointment to drop by. Subsequently they evaluated my lawn and took the time to teach me why this was likely happening to my lawn and how I could treat and prevent this in the future. They then gave me options on what could be done either by myself buying the supplies and managing it or hiring them to do it. I did a little of both and made arrangements that they would call me in the fall to aerate the lawn so as to allow more air and water in. Several months later they remembered to call and schedule the work. They showed up on time, efficiently and effectively did the work, and left. No hassle and no mess! I'd definitely use them again.

Whatcom Lawns does excellent work in maintaining my lawn. The people that come are very professional and easy to work with. Their quality of work is excellent. People comment on the quality of my lawn often and I tell them it because of Whatcom Lawn's maintenance program. Highly recommend!

While we did pay premium prices, it did not feel out of proportion to the quality of the work and the quality of the plants. The grounds now look spectacular - they truly brought life and beauty back to the property that had been sitting unattended for three years prior to our purchasing it. Whatcom Lawns was extremely attentive, responded to requests immediately, scheduled our huge job in in an extremely timely fashion, and they were clearly quite knowledgeable about landscaping. We love the plants they chose, and they planted them with great care and attention. The trimming job they did was absolutely flawless, and though we wound up needing them to prune trees at sort of an off-time, the trees all seem happier than ever. They managed their teams effectively and worked steadily and quickly throughout the entire day without supervision. Our work involved multiple visits, which they attended to promptly, and without need to be reminded or chased. Truly a pleasure to work with this company, I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. I found them initially by doing a Google search in my area for lawn care, and after contacting multiple companies, I found this one to be a) the most responsive, b) the most detailed, and c) the most thoughtful about the way they do business.

They communicated really well. The owner was fantastic to work with. The job that they did was very big, but the results were perfect. The land in the back was very uneven and now it looks great.
