+ -1 morePerfect except they weren't supposed to put the downspouts under ground (like the last ones) and they did. A lack of communication.
Description of Work: Remove all the gutters and install new ones. They also installed 2 new fascia boards.

+ -1 moreI had set up for them to do the work several weeks ahead. They were aware that if they did not come when agreed upon and if it rained, my crawl space would flood as the roofers removed the existing gutters.. They did not show up. I called for days and did not reach anyone- no return calls. I was assured after 3 days of calling that they would be there that day - no show, no call. I called the next day and was told they'd be there by the end of the day - no show, no call. I explained that the crawl was now flooding and significant damage would occur if they did not come (two days after promised so far). They said he was working until 9pm and would show. No show. Next day more flooding, called again, no return call. Finally fired them by voicemail and went with Cascade gutters who showed up the very next day. In the meantime I am dealing with a rotting smell under the house due to the flooding.
Description of Work: Nothing - never showed never returned calls.
