He was punctual and worked very hard, however, it seemed that perhaps he was just learning the scotch guard application process and some of the furniture was soaked, others seemed barely dampened at all.

This was the first time we used TrueNorth. Henry did an excellent job. We had a rental house that was left very dirty. We needed the carpets cleaned. He was very honest about what he could do and told us in advance where the trouble spots might be. I am truly surprised that it came out so nice. He used wall guards to protect from hoses. Henry did a very nice job at my house with my carpets. I have 3 dogs and use carpet cleaning regularly. However, I have always used a company that uses "encapsulation" cleaning and I did not know that the dirt does not go with the carpet cleaning van.... I will never go back to encapsulation cleaning because the dirt does not go out of my house, it stays and get vacuumed up after the carpet cleaning. I looked around for a good steam cleaning company and found True North's website. I thought if Henry did half of what he said he would do I would be happy. He did all of what he said he would do and I am very happy. After one week the carpets still look great and stains are really gone.

He was very professional, explained what he was going to do and answered all of my questions and concerns.

It was a pleasure watching a true professional. His appearance and manner was exemplary. All of his equipment is high end and well maintained. The solutions he used for cleaning are pet friendly and odor free. There was an old tea stain I was certain would never come out, but Henry was determined and the tea stain is gone. The carpet looks great and it was completely dry in an hour. Best deal I've got in a long time. Henry is thorough, precise, professional, a true craftsman. It was really good. They were on time, polite and trustworthy. I left them alone in the house and they were fine. We had a pet stain and it is totally gone. Our couches are soft and clean. He used his own water and disposed of it. He had a canvas cover to put over the door to keep the house warm when he had the door. I would definitely use them again.

Henry showed up at the appointed time and did exactly what he quoted. It was finished in the time he figured. We are enjoying the results very much. Best carpet cleaning we ever had.
