+ -1 moreI can't say enough good things about Russ (Rusty) and his adjunct Ryan! They were skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. We are lucky to have had these two experienced, genuinely nice people helping with our remodel! The floors look amazing! Rusty gave me a lot of tips on the care of my new wood floors and went above and beyond to give me a sample of a flat bar option. And what a wholesome sense of humor they both had, I had a few good giggles with them! How refreshing! They left absolutely no mess at all, vacuuming up everything thoroughly. I would recommend them for any flooring need! I am unable to list the approximate cost of their service as my general contractor hired them to do the floors.
Description of Work: They installed hickory hardwood floors throughout my new kitchen/living/dining/hall areas

+ 0 moreFantastic. One time, at the quoted price, looks great, installed professional. From quote to completion Reams did what they promised, pointed out issues and provided solutions, acting professionally, and simply did a great job.
Description of Work: Reams installed bamboo flooring I had bought myself in our downstairs. They installed about 900 square feet. I removed the old flooring, they did the rest. They removed the trim and installed all of the flooring. It looks fantastic, it was done for the price quoted in the initial install and it was done on time, 3 days. I have no complaints at all. The B on pricing is because Reams did not give me the cheapest quote but quite frankly I've learned my lesson about just going for the cheap quote on other projects. The professionalism, attention to detail, extra's like adding nails to the subfloor to reduce creaks was more than worth the slightly higher quote. If and when I replace flooring Reams is the company I will use.

+ 0 moreI was quite pleased. First, Rusty assisted me with purchasing the best engineered flooring for my situation. I went with Kahrs Brazilian Cherry plank style. Second, my husband and I were hoping to save some money so Rusty directed us on how to remove the old carpeting, padding, and horrible tacking that held the carpet in place around the room. He also explained the best way to remove the molding and number the molding around the room as we had never done this before. It was great because it allowed us to save money while getting his experience on the best way to do this. Rusty adjusted his rate to reflect that he wouldn't have to do this portion of the job. The estimate was pretty much on target with the final cost.
Description of Work: Rusty installed engineered hardwood floors in our 400 sq ft lower level family room. He also picked up and delivered the flooring for me in advance so the wood would have a few days to adjust to the environment where they were to be laid. Rusty came a couple of days in advance in order to prep my cement slab and give it enough time to dry as it was not completely level. Finally, he nailed back the molding and installed transition pieces between the six doorways entering the room. The $1000 was the total price for everything including material needed to level cement.
