Libolt Residential Drafting

I initially met with Clyde in early April to talk about ideas I would like to implement in the design of our vacation home. Basically it was 1300 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a great room. I did have photos of things I liked and did not like in order to help establish the feel of our new home. I knew immediately that Clyde had a good grasp of our concept. He asked lots of questions and offered some excellent ideas. Within a week or so we received our first set of initial plans. From this plan we did about 5 revisions to accommodate as many of our ideas as possible within our budget. Each revision was issued promptly and I found Clyde to be so encouraging. We just loved the final result. Perhaps our favourite idea that he provided was to do an open truss great room. This has resulted in a spectacular living area in our home.
