Ben was the lead electrician on this job. Since coordination was handled by our contractor's Project Manager, I can't speak to how smoothly scheduling turned out; however, the electricians always arrived when I had been told to expect them. We were very impressed by Ben's quality of work and work ethic. He was able to run some of the wires between levels in ways we hadn't thought possible, resulting in a clean, neat job. He also accommodated my husband's request to run a new cable for a future computer connection. And, if he saw existing wiring that was working, but not optimal or up to current code, he either fixed it or told us it could become a problem, at which point we could okay the additional work. Unfortunately, since we didn't put this part of the job out to bid, I can't speak to whether the pricing was competitive. However, Ben was extremely easy to work with, competent, "set and forget". We would gladly use him and JM Electric again.
