I hired Aaron to diagnose and repair my frozen air conditioning unit. He arrived on time and was excited to explain everything he was doing while I watched. He started with very basic troubleshooting and progressed to more advanced diagnostics before coming to a conclusion. There was no stone left unturned as he looked into the issue I was having. Once he diagnosed the problem and determined there were no leaks, he quickly repaired the unit back to factory specifications. Aaron is a consummate professional along with being a truly "nice guy". He was happy to allow me to watch as he diagnosed my propane furnace problems, and shared his reasons with me as to what he was doing. My furnace had been attempting to start, then would shut down before starting up again, sometimes not successfully. After fixing a limit switch problem, he checked the burner venturi's which were clean. Then he checked the propane pressure and found that it was lower than the recommended value for the furnace. After adjusting the pressure, the furnace worked properly. Aaron also checked my gas fireplace and found that a switch was out of position, preventing the controls from working properly. Aaron was friendly, professional, competent and reasonable. I would highly recommend him for any work of furnaces or other HVAC Equipment.
