Ty is well experienced, having learned at his father's knee, (family owned company), and via professional education as an adult. He owns Eagle Plumbing, and is the sort of caring technician I love to find, though it's rare in this era. I have already scheduled water heater service and other plumbing matters with Ty, as it is gratifying feel trust so soon! Thanks, HomeAdvisor~~!

Nate and Kyle did a great job of installing a new well pump for us. I would have liked an itemized bill for the work that was done. The suggestion of replacing everything (pressure tank, piping, well pump, etc.) didn't set well with us, but when we decided to only replace the pump, we were very happy with the work that was done.

They responded quickly and were able to fit me into their schedule the next day.

Very responsive and timely service. Had two jobs done by them and pleased with quality of the work and the pleasant and courteous manner of both Ty and Nate. The lower value stars is because I am not a fan of charging a flat rate by the job/by the book. Turned out to be a much easier fix than anticipated and, yet, the charge was based on worse case scenario. I understand this is SOP, but I like time and materials charge better.

They were on time and ended up being able to cut a hole in the bathroom shower stall. This eliminated the need to go thru from another room to reach the controls. A very much appreciated event.

They are very efficient in all they did to replace my bath tub & toilet. They worked around other trades that needed to be done before they could finish and there was never a question or problem as far as they were concerned

The plumbers were prompt, arriving early when I wasn't home and they called me on my cell phone and said they would wait for me since I was only 5 minutes away.

A three person team arrived. A quick review of the project and supplied me,with the price which I thought was a fair one. Since they had squeezed me in to an already busy schedule (much appreciated) they came back for the finishing touches in the evening on a Friday night! Very conscientious .

Quick to respond, quality work, I have no problem recommending them or hiring them again. All plumbers are tot expensive, right?
