Description of Work: We had David out to remove moss from our composition roof. He was very prompt and courteous. His work was impecable. He notified me the day before just as a reminder he was showing up. Something I really appreciate. Moss was removed with a wire brush and swept (no pressure washer!). He followed it up with a zinc powder to reduce the occurence of moss again. The grounds were cleaned up afterwards. Project was within budget. We'll higher him again.

Description of Work: This is the 2nd time I have used DMC. First on my own home and then I decided to buy my clients a closing gift and have their gutters and roof cleaned. He did and always does an amazing job. Very professional and I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Mr. Carnahan gave us a bid below what we had paid to others in the past. He seemed so sincere and engaging, we did not hesitate to hire him. He cmae out, did the demossing and cleaning job as required, cleaned up,and then offered to service our (by now more familiar) roof next year for an even lower price. We agreed.

Description of Work: I called Dave for an estimate to remove moss and clean gutter on my house. The estimate was a fair price and the work was scheduled about a week later. Mother Nature intervened and Dave had to reshedule a few times and each time he made sure I was informed as to when he could come. In the end however he decided the roof pitch was too steep and felt he would not be able to do the work safely. As an apology he did clean a small roof closer to the ground and cleaned the lower gutters at no cost to me. Much appreciated but not necessary. All in all the experience was a very positive one. He suggested I hire a bigger company with the right tools for a steeper roof. I'd hire him if I could and have already referred him to a friend.

Description of Work: He was great. Called me back in a timely manner and was able to move the cleaning date up. When I arrived home, he was almost finished cleaning up the around the house. It was immaculate, even swept my patio, which needed to be cleaned anyway. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: We had a lot of debris on our roof, plus the rain gutters were full of debris and the down spouts were clogged. Roof and gutters were cleaned. Down spouts unclogged. All debris from the roof and gutters was cleaned up off the yard, driveway and walkway.

Description of Work: The company cleaned the gutters, removed moss and debris. They disposed of all the materials. The entire process for roof maintenance took 4 hours. I have a 3500 square foot home.
