Overall, I am very pleased with Champis. This was the second project I had worked with them on. Four years ago Champis performed all of the paint work on our new home - exterior and interior. I noticed then that they were very responsive and stood behind their work. If a room or wall didn't look quite right, they re-did it, no questions asked. For my most recent project, I needed to have the entire exterior of our 7K sf house cleaned by hand and a fresh coat of natural transparent stain applied. We live on the water and 4 years of salt air, heavy winds and lots of rain had taken a toll. Wanting a good price and a quality job, I put the project out for bid. As I was satisfied with Champis from my first experience, I of course included them on the bid list. Champis was, by far, the most responsive on the bid. They came to my house for an on-site survey and followed up quickly with a written quote. When I had questions on their bid, Champis responded quickly and professionally. The Champis price was competitive, and I knew they could do the job. Frankly, my decision was easy. Champis started the project exactly when they said they would....and they finished, exactly when they said they would. Throughout the job they were responsive to questions and requests and took care to meet our expectations. One thing in particular really impressed me - we have roof beams that extend beyond the roof line and are thus exposed to heavy weather conditions. They looked particularly bad, with black weather stains and drip lines. The Champis team tried several solutions to remove the stains from the beams without success. After a few unsuccessful attempts, they finally found a product that worked and removed the stains. This showed me that they were really focused on customer satisfaction. Thanks to Champis, our home is back to beautiful!

I would rate them as excellent. They are very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They came back a few weeks after they were finished and checked to make sure that there was nothing that we were disappointed with. They were very responsive.
