Dave from Bakerview was excellent. He educated me on the "ins-and-outs" of siding, siding evaluation, rot evaluation, and repair. He was punctual, personable, and professional. I originally attempted to schedule a contractor other than Bakerview. The other company has gotten great reviews but would have cost me quite a bit more. I'm glad I used Dave. His work was great. And in spite of the fact that it was a small job, I was impressed enough that I certainly, without hesitation, would use him for any significant siding/siding repair job. If you are getting a series of quotes, let Bakerview do a quote for you as well. You won't be disappointed in the price or quality.
Description of Work: Two pieces of trim were removed to determine potential rot damage beneath. The rotted trim was removed, appraisal of integrity of structure underneath was made, new trim and flashing installed, and caulked.
