Promised to come on Friday. Called at 4:40 PM to say he wouldn't be coming. Wanted to reschedule for Monday. Monday came and no call from him. I called and he said he tried to find my house but was sorry he didn't call me for directions. He wanted to set another appointment for Tuesday. You can guess what I said...;-)

It went very well. He did all this work and left no mess. I was very pleased.

He was professional and kept every thing clean as he was doing the work and pointed out some problems we had with the existing duct work that help reduce are heating bill.

opted for the dryer vent cleaning on the spot. He was very accomodating and did the job, even though he was just there for an estimate. He left the estimate for both jobs and said if we didn't want everything done at once, we could pay for the dryer vent work separately. We decided to wait on the duct work until we have new carpet laid. I sent Mark a check and told him I would be calling him after other work is completed. So nice to have someone you can rely on.

Mark was very thorough and professional. He cleaned the ducts, removed and meticulousy cleaned all the vents, cleaned the refrigerator and dryer vents. Even though our house is a mess, he very respectful of our space. Whistled his way through the day. When he finished, he offered to help us move some furniture. Great guy--did a great job. Thanks.

Mark is very professional, courteous, honest and easy to work with. He arrived promptly on the day he came to give me an estimate. He recommended that the return ducts be cleaned. I could clean things that had fallen into the incoming ducts myself, since they weren't so dirty and so could save some money. I opted to have all the ducts cleaned professionally. On the day of the cleaning, he called because the high winds that day caused a small delay with the ferry. His communication skills are excellent, and I appreciated the courtesy of the phone call. He arrived soon afterward. He worked quickly and with consideration for the comfort of those in the home. He was a pleasure to work with, and I recommend him highly. I will definitely use his services again.

Saw ADS cleaning our neighbors dryer vent and went and spoke to the owner performing the job, he was very friendly and I asked for a quote for cleaning mine as well, he didn't have time to do it that same day, but he hame back the very next day and took him time and really did a great job. I was really amazed at how much lint came out of the vent. I had installed the vent 5 years prior to having him clean it, so I just didn't think it would be as clogged as it was. He put some sturdier parts on our drier to make sure the connection would stay put because I mentioned I was having problems with it. Over all I just had a great experience and would highly recommend them, and will be using them again for myself for sure.
